Give the site a facelift

Ha!  Probably not the best choice of words on a site geared towards "Millionaire" matches...but the aesthetics of the site are crying out for attention.  It feels very 90's.  I think it would help bring in a different type of subsciber and perhaps warrant or better justify the monthly membership fee.  The forums seem to be dead and the chat seems to be limited.  I would suggest maybe creating a second live chat for standard members that allows them to actually "say something" and turning the current chat into a gold (paying members) only space...Hope this makes sense.

I agree that this site needs a facelift.  Where your photos and information go is also an issue.  However, having separate chat rooms for paying and non paying members shoud not be an option.  Part of the benefit of paying is all the perks that go with it.  There would be no incentive to have people pay for the site if they can chat/email, etc. like the paying members.
I also think too many fake profiles get approved......makes me wonder if someone is actually reading them prior to approval.  If someone took the time to do this is would save members from reporting scammers and put integrity back into this site.
On a positive note......the staff is helpful and I have met so many nice people here.  When you report a problem they are quick to resolve.   good luck everyone and welcome to the forums.

Show somewhere on the site that it is secure. You are taking people's payment methods and giving them no security.  You are also asking for their bank statements and drivers licenses, but there is nothing on the site that tells what you plan to do with that info...where is it stored and how secure is it?  I've been registered on your site a few hours and already had someone hacking into my email and sending me inappropriate messages.  If you really want to "certify" people, then beef up the security!

I agree, that is the first thing I noticed, the outdated stock photos. Not an upscale look.
