Seems like a lot of the blogs on here are a cry for attention and it's getting pretty ridiculous. Lol. I just use this as a thought processor/journal.
Last Friday Obama signed another executive order, this one having to do with controlling the airwaves. I hate him. It is 1984 in 2012 people, if you don't realize it now, when will you realize it? He needs to get impeached now!!! It won't happen though, it seems he can do anything and get away with it. Am I repeating myself? Probably. Oh well, I can't repeat it enough!
I finally started with my emergency preparedness goal. I made the big purchase and bought a generator. The comfort that comes with buying a few things that may come in very handy is great! I still have a list of things but I get to check that one off. What I won't become is a doomsday prepper.Those shows are a little bizarre to watch. I have only seen a couple. Some of it is just TOO extreme.
Going to see my free Thursday concert tomorrow, my third in a row. It's so nice to sit with friends and hear some live music and enjoying the cooler evening weather. I would love to do it with a date too. i with keep that topic to myself, thank-you! Sigh.
Been exercising a lot at the gym lately. Will it ever come to the point where I " feel energized and notice the changes", blah, blah, blah. I do not get a high from exercise and I highly doubt I ever will. What I do get is tired from it. So I get more tired and sore,what is the point? Ha,ha..one of these days, the point better make itself known to me in a physical change for the better.

. You can't make this stuff up,.. bugs and plants that will make us infertile. Vaccines that make you sick instead of the opposite. Drones in the sky. Light poles that will record u and your voices and talk back to you. TSA groping people just to get on a flight. There is more of course. It is sickening.

Here is another random comment- I hate tattoos. I just heard about some celebrity who got some long script inked on her forearm. Can't you just get a t-shirt made? Or a piece of jewerly? I like skin, uninked, unmarred skin.
I was so sickened by the Supreme Court's decision to uphold Obamacare that I had to wait a while before I could type about it. I understand we need insurance reform but this is NOT the way to go!
It isn't worth the time to get into details for the very few people who may read this but if you are an Obama follower, you owe it to yourself to do some research and see the truth. I have been in political forums where no matter how many facts of his wrongdoings are shown to his supporters, they still stand firm and want him re-elected. The Sheeple may get this socialist another 4 years! Our country cannot handle another 4 years.
I also don't trust Romney but right now he is the lesser of two evils. The only candidate I do support is Ron Paul. If the delegates manage to vote for him, he could get the Republican ticket. Paul has had a virtual blackout by the mainstream media. You have to wonder why. One reason why is because he can't be bought. He's portrayed as radical, the fact is he is brilliant.
Just some random stuff and yeah, I'm complaining,lol.
My daughter and her hubby may move to Kauai because of his work for a project they SAY will take a yr. and a half. I absolutely don't want them to move. They are my only family in California. We will find out fairly soon.It's ironic that they had a planned vacation there so as I'm typing this, they are there right now. They will probably fall in love with it and want to move :(
Had a major disappointment with a crush I had on a different singles site (nothing happens here for the most part). I am so sick of dealing with these different characters that I hid my profile. I'm gonna stay on the site but only for the forums. It is rare that I find someone who might seem right for me so when I come across someone with possiblities, I do get disappointed when nothing good comes from it.
On a better note I am spending more time in the GYM and I better start seeing a freaking difference :/
Went to the Balloon & Wine Festival and saw Lifehouse in concert, they were fantastic. Going Thursday to a free concert in the park Thursday with either Happy Hour or the wineries before. It is going to be nice. Sitting on a blanket on the lawn, live music and spending it with friends. What I really wish though is to have a man by my side too :)

I now know 2 wineries that allow dogs,yay! I never get to take my dog hardly anywhere so I kinda excited about this revelation. My dog is small but not tiny, I can't carry her in a purse so she gets left at home.
Yesterday at one of the wineries there was the management's dog, Mojo, there. He's a labradoodle which is exactly what I want to have as my second dog. Why, you wonder? First and foremost, if the dog takes on the trait of poodle hair then I am free of my fur allergy :) They sometimes take on the Lab side though with fur, from what Ive heard. It means I just have to see the dog in person to know. I've had a lab (they shed) and have had a poodle, they were both wonderful dogs.
Poodle fur is more like human hair, I could rub my face on it and have no problem at all. Thay make great pets for kids with allergies. There are a few more breeds that also are hypoallergenic so don't give up on the idea of having a pet dog if you do suffer from allergies :)
My laptop crashed a couple mths.ago, I finally got it fixed. What did I miss? Im guessing not too much of importance although I need to catch up on what is really happening in politics and current events. Of course I missed a message from someone here, yeah..he was probably the love of my life,lol. He no longer has a profile and hasn't answered an email i sent him.
One thing that happened recently was my first date in a long, long time. I knew beforehand there would probably be no romantic connection but thought it would be good practice for me. We ended up at a couple wineries, I will just say the alcohol helped. The day wasn't bad but it wasn't good either and I did get to add to my collection of wine glasses.
Am I destined to be alone? It feels that way sometimes. I am not the type to run after anyone although I have made the effort more times than I can count. Men online are just like little boys in a Candy Shop. They want to try all the candy no matter how much they like the one they have at the moment.
I'm also stubborn, I want certain qualities in someone and if he doesn't have some of them, that's it. For instance, I want someone with Christian beliefs. I realize Christians are the minority on your typical site but I am standing my ground. It's just one way that my odds are low. I also live in California, most men are searching for perfection and want someone much younger than they are. Of course they have no clue what they're missing.
Hey, I've been dealing with the typical drugery of everyday life. It is all bull****. Should I even bother to type the latest singles I have come across online? Hmmm, okay..but just one. First to set it up,my profile is very precise as to what I want (nothing ridiculous..just normal criteria like I want a relationship, must not be married,yada,yada). This guy contacts me, he's married, has 3 young kids, just wants to date (we all know what 4 letter word should replace "date" ,he is not looking for a relationship of any kind. He types he is too busy with his job but likes intimate moments BUT she must have her own life.End.of profile.
Can you freaking believe the audacity of this jerk to not only post what he did but I clearly stated every detail in my own profile. The point being that he was exactly the opposite of what I was looking for, although he did claim to be Christian, ha! What a joke! I'm not laughing unfortunitely. Of course he was also incognito in his only photo wearing dark sunglasses and a hat :(
So after getting disrespected by males for years in one way or another I am all incredibly sick of it.
There is a TV show called "Snapped" where usually a woman has had it up to her eyeballs and somehow, one day she just snaps! I have envisioned myself as being the subject and can hear the words now...this Inland Empire woman who seemed nice to the neighbors and had a lot going for her,.well today she...use your imagination to fill in the rest.
Uh-huh! You know the ones who question their sanity are never the ones who actually snap, just saying ;)
My friend's message/status today on was "Happy Friday everyone, looking forward to a Happy Easter weekend" While her message had good intentions , I was disappointed that she was so ignorant as to what today is for so many Christians. The part she knows is only the commercialized Easter part :(

My prayer would be for the world to know this. I would say my wish is for others to not mock someone else's beliefs,it is becoming way too prevalent!!
Since I do look into the forums and see comments on videos on some social sites, I do see how the majority of people on these sites are expressing their views towards most Christians and Jews and I find it disturbing to say the least.
They are not apathetic and they certainly are not respectful, instead they mock others and seem downright hateful towards us. Chilling just how bad it is, I can feel their hate. They go out of their way to prove they hate believers. Unfortunitely this hatred and persecution will only get worse. It is suppose to be Freedom Of Religion, isn't it? My country was based on certain freedoms. So sad we are losing so much of it these days.

I have learned I shouldn't even bother clicking anyone on, that means I see their photo and click to see their profile. To start,hardly anyone is Christian and I mean hardly anyone, then the ones who are, usually are pretty undesireable for one reason or another. If you think I'm shallow, you're wrong, I am referring to other reasons. I live in southern California, there aren't too many real men here, actually it's quite pathetic.
Also men do not want to take the effort past the first ten minutes to get to know you. I did have a very patient scammer once. Lol, yeah..he got to know me alright.
Since I am very stubborn and have a pretty large personality, I know the men I've come across don't cut it. I heard men are 22% less manly than they were about 20 years ago. In California, I would say it's more like 50% less manly. I've been told more than once I have balls, I think mine are bigger than most around here :/
You know I had the idea that maybe it wasn't true because she posted it on April Fool's Day and come to find out it was a joke. A very poor choice of a joke in my opinion. Especially in her position, I would not have made myself the subject of poor taste.
In reality,surprise pregnancies still happen all the time. I do wish it was all thought out more.

It still surprises me that women now a days dont practice safe sex. It just boggles the mind. I hope your friend is alright with her decision to have a child with someone she barely knows. She is in for a long haul but very lucky to have you in her corner.

I went Sunday to see the movie in IMAX. I haven't read any of the books yet but I've heard they did a pretty decent job with the movie. I thought it was very well acted. I really want to read the books.
I surprised myself by crying through a lot of the movie. I totally didn't expect to cry, it wasn't just because of the movie but because of what may be part of our own future reality. Certainly the tracking devices that were injected into their arms is something already real but not yet widely used in humans. When the reality comes of the RFID chip being forced upon us, I can only pray that I can avoid it., I will refuse it and if it means an "underground" life somewhere that it will be whatever it has to be. Any form of biometric ID is something I don't want to be a part of.
If you are wondering, yes, I'm a Christian and being one means I'm aware of what may be happening not too long from now. If Obama stays in office, the path he has taken us will only continue and get worse. There is plenty of proof of what he has done but this is not the right time to type about it.
In the movie, there is a kill or be killed mentality but Katness doesn't want to be a part of it, if at all possible. She is a strong character that makes the best kind of heroine. She volunteers so her sister doesn't have to be the one to attempt to survive and win the game. This movie also brought to mind how the innocent (myself included) are pawns in a game by the powers that be.
I will say that having love, whether it's for a sweet child or a friend, or for your family, it's the thing that matters most, it gives us hope and joy to our lives, however fleeting those moments can be. In the end, it is all about love.
Well he never called :( I don't get the cyber games and I never will. Too bad for him, he missed a great day!! First it was the Rod Run then it ended with an excellent band that played a lot of my favorite songs along with playing a good game of pool :)
The Rod Run is this weekend. It's a major event for classic vehicles. They close the roads off and all you can see is car after classic car plus trucks,etc.
Now this is how bad it is in the Inland Empire to get a date. I actually have to use the bait of looking at souped up engines and some fine paint jobs along with a cold beer to entice my possible date to come and meet me.
Since the Rod Run only happens once every 6 months, if I blow it and can't talk someone into it, my possibility of a meetup will be 6 whole months from now.
Will I be able to pull it off? I will let you know in about 1 week.
Ha, I'm quoting myself. Well, it's Wednesday, I gave him my ph.no. Monday and he hasn't called yet. I made plans and he's included,he doesn't know it yet but he is. How long is he gonna wait, geez. It's Wednesday night now . This may turn into him never calling since it's been 2 days. Men have a very short attention span and tend to move on quickly.
I can picture it now, me hanging out with a friend or two ( or more), no date in site. The bikers hanging out at the one bar (not a fan of typical bikers) then the TOO young ones hanging out at the other bar while the old men are showing off their babies (their cars). While having my Sangria, some undesirable character will hit on my friend, I will fend him off for her if necessary.
So we'll walk and look at the cars, have some Sangria, enjoy some music and eventually drive home alone, uh-huh.
You know I was thinking about what I typed and thought someone may think I am some lush who hangs out at bars every chance I get,lol. This area I'm talking about I have been going there to shop,eat and sometimes have a sangria for a couple decades now. It's one of my favorite places called "Old Town" and it is like the center of an old town :) There is one long street with many cross streets. You can just take a walk and visit different places, it's pretty nice. Unfortunitely the secret is out and it has gotten busier with the younger crowd.

I am loving Maryland right now!! Here is a video title regarding Maryland and some bills they're trying to get passed concerning the TSA , they also mention smart meters and the NDAA. We have to get our state legislators to hear us and pass these bills on a state level. Contact your legislators, it's a start!!

Unfortunitely some will laugh at this and go about their business. I take what is happening seriously. Changing the control of the TSA has to change. Stand UNITED in these UNITED STATES and see the difference we can make.
I'm not a fan of any tackiness whatsoever but the worse form is acting it out whether they are using their voice ,their typed words or literally acting it out.
What happened to acting like you have some class? I just read someone's post, definitely NOT classy, which brings up the question. Is it better for me to know you're classless so I can avoid you or not to be subjected to your original tastelessness?
