I think that nobody have a guide about how to recognize those who can be kindred and nice. It´s so difficult recognize them!! Then how to start a new friendship? Woman or man, I´m talking just about true friendship.

Well hopefully true friendships start by hopefully sharing things in common and talking and enjoying each others company. My thing is if I cant talk to a person for hours then I dont think there could be a strong friendship.

I am no expert when it comes to friendships, however, I think to understand others we should first understand ourselves. In other words we need to recognize our own limitations. No one is perfect we all have our individual biases that we need to acknowledge.

Do we have issues of trust, ambition, conceit or vanity which we may need to overcome. In my humble opinion no important friendship or relationship can grow without trust as it's foundation. I would reccommend taking the time to see what you have in common with the other person.

Hopefully, over time you will have enough information to know whether you want to count someone as a friend. While there is the possiblity that you may misinterpret events or other people's actions and their motivations.

It is important to be mindful that everyone who says they are our friends may nt have our best interest at heart. We need to remain alert to those who we let into our circle of trust.

I think when we have a clear sense of our own identity, a positive self image, good self esteem we will be better at making decisions when it comes to trust. In addition, if we error in these decisions it will lessen the negative impact on our psyche.

At the end of the day there is no magic formula for making these kinds of decisions. All the best to you in the future.
