Religious posing as Non-religious... countless. (You see them on one site clearly marked as Jewish/Muslim/Hindu etc. and another (i.e. this one) marked as non-religious).
Those are the ordinary, day-to-day lies that we all encounter. What are some of the extreme lies?
i.e. bartender who says they're a federal judge, school teacher posing as famous actress.
For instance, I met one lady for coffee who said she was a flight attendant... nice looking, friendly and seemed "normal" enough. I asked her what airline she worked for and she said "Huh?" So I repeated my question as: "Your profile. You said you were a flight attendant... which airline do you work for?" She said "Oh that! That's just what men like to hear!" Her real occupation had NOTHING to do with the airline industry or even travel for that matter.
Well it's like some of these people have never been out side or what have ya all been in a big black box. These are all really common lies you should never meet someone with it video and past close attion around the nose and neck, mouth and jawline to make sure they not wearing a mask. We all want to be desired and excepted, the women on this site are just as sneaky and misleading as the men. In addition not everyone has a masters degree and makes 500,000 a year. Get over it! Men are people and they think differently than we do. Are there some real creeps out there , most definetly. I think sometimes men lie out of insesurity because womens expecations are off the charts.
@Tammila,, the last line is correct, womens expectations are off the charts. I can't speak for the first part about lieing, but the last part is fact !!
Went out on few dates with a guy, who as far as could see and he'd told m, was a 'successful businessman'. It all changed when he suddenly got a phone call saying he'd lost all his money and businesses, in the middle of our date, none of which he could explain, but wanted me to marry him. Needless to say it was all an act.
I couldn't help it. The comment about the height and the other not married and seeking a long term relationship. It is absolutely amazing to see some of the chicanery. Really? You say you're 6' and only 5'2"? Hmmm...I'm sure it's close...
Yep, it happens. My women friends tell me about these tales all the time...
When I met my ex boyfriend, he said he had a Masters. Only after a year did he tell me that he didn't finish his undergraduate degree. No we didn't break up because of this reason. However, as one that has four Masters and a PHD -- all I can say is that I worked really hard to achieve my goals. Often, sleepless nights. I takes a lot of effort to earn those degrees.
I fell in love with the profile photo, we emailed and phoned for about 6 weeks. He flew to see me. When I picked him up at the airport, he was 20 years older and looked nothing like his photo. I spun around the airport and dropped him back off.
