Geeeez, BeenBee! Why'd you have to get bit by the Squita that's way behind the times? Malaria is so last century! Didn't it know that West Nile Fever is all the rage in Mosquito-ville today?

Despite your horrible tribulations, sweetie, you've got a good sense of humour about it. It may not seem like it now ... but I think you'll come through it better than some people who torture themselves over their illnesses. I'll send you a little health whammy.

There it goes. Did ya catch it?

BnB - I thought you had turned the corner and was headed down the rode of recovery. I am so sorry.... Having lived with someone that had a chronic illness for years I truly feel for you.
I think you are doing a great job of fighting the depression. When you are in need a good dose of cheer drop me a line. OK? I would be honored if you did.

-D.

Tomi, have you heard of people taking botox injections for pain relief? A friend of mine does it every 6-8 weeks for chronic neck pain and it works.

Dearest BnB. Tho I haven't all your physical problems and symptoms, I feel your pain. I injured my left shoulder in June02, have had 4 operations on it so far, with a 5th in the hopefully near future, and still, after over 4 years, am in alot of pain. I can't lift my left arem above my head or lift anything over about 10#. I find it quite annoying, as I used to be an avid golfer and swimmer, and can do neither one now. As Sharon said, a nutritional analysis might do some good. Also, there are different vitamins and minerals you can try...

You do sound down BnB, and sounds like for a good reason. I'm sure after seeing all the specialists and being tested, you have also had a nutrition analysis; therefore are eating incredibly healthy, right? It may help.

I don't have all the problems of yourself, not yet. But I know that one day we can be spry & feeling a 100%, and the next life as we know it can do a 360 and change completely. No matter what...you have to stay positive. When you feel you don't have the energy, maybe you need to push it and call up a friend to make plans that will get you out, and possibly boost your spirits too. That's what I would do, because being around my friends, or getting out and being busy helps my spirits.
You should have met me in NYC when I was there!!! :-) (teasing)

I'm sorry to hear that you're not well. I hope whatever is ailing you passes eventually. You see...it just goes to prove, that none of knows what is going on in a person's real life that may be troubling them. BnB...I commend you, because you are never 'bitchy' on here, when you have all the right to be bitchy! lol Take care.
