The forums are a really great place to cuss, discuss, generally complain, and receive lots of feedback, both positive and negative. Being the eternal optimist who is not quite ready to join the "Whingers and Moaners" club, however, (well, okay, I could go for at least a little moan if I had a volunteer assistant), I hereby declare this -- now and forever -- to be the official MM Happy Spot. No complainers, please. I want to hear what thing great or small made you so happy today you just gotta share. Of all the infectious things going around, let's start an epidemic of smiles. They are contagious, you know. I for one would like a little home port where we can share the joy instead of share the misery. BillZeke, you're number 1 on today's list. Thanks for the belly laughs. I know prying compliments from me can be more than a little difficult; buy hey, don't say I didn't warn you. Re-read that profile - I think it clearly says it takes a lot of man to knock me off my feet! LOL. Seriously, I appreciate all of you who chat with me daily, dropping your rays of sunshine my way. Cheers! Next?

I bought a small air conditioner for my bedroom the other day....put it in my window, turned it on and let it cool my room. When I got ready for BED, I went into my room and it was like a sauna. Damned A/C didn't work. Went back and got a new one this evening... IT WORKS and I'm smiling!!! LOL

That is the sweetest post I have seen in a long time. I used to love it when my kids said something like that to me. My daughter called my yesterday from NoCA. We were just chatting along and she said...Mom, you're so pretty!! That put a big smile on my face too!!!

LMAO Tomi. Almost too late. The only thing that is saving you here is you had the presence of mind to call the A/C an air conditioner. Had you referred to it as only an A/C this thread would never die.

So when were you going to tell us about deb? Minx!

That's very funny SS. I started to say somethng like that myself but I didn't want to jeopardize my number 1 rating on the list. LMAO

SweetAimee, are you Godzilla, Troll, or some strange new permutation of both? I'm not sure what pleasure you find in hanging crepe, but whatever works for you. Thanks for offering your commentary. Hope today finds you in a better mood. Hugs.

D2Fu, kids are wonderful little heartwarmers. Cheers to you and yours.

Cpie, your withchiness, it's nice to meet ya. Thanks for doing your thing, and I'm lmao. Enjoyed your post.

I'm tickled pink today. After watering my new sod enough to create a small ocean in the Sahara, I was pretty much dreading ILAmerican Water Co's little monthly present. In fact, I was all prepared to go looking for a second mortgage for the privilege. Then along cames MY little good fairy who kindly reduced the charge to a new construction useage rate, and VWHALLA, my lovely, very watered green lawn came in at cheap twice the price!
