Couldn't help myself, and I've seen numerous comments from men about why do women have pictures of their dogs in their profiles, but ... this isn't my profile lol! Here is a shot of my minpin Spart with his "bomber collar" on. I tell him "come here bomber dog" and he comes right away lol! It's actually a bark and behaviour zapper collar but it hasn't worked in over 2 years. But Spart doesn't know it lol! Put it on him & he automatically calms down and stops barking. Such a cutie!

Gorgeous orange day lilies, just about finished blooming now, but what a spectacular display!

This is a Dovastoniana Yew, kind of a droopy evergreen.

I was sitting out in my backyard last night and thought how fortunate I was to have a lovely garden, and how much enjoyment I get from it. The blooming is coming to an end, but am still enjoying the wonder of watching it unfold. Here's a picture of my pee-gee hydrangea standard, absolutely laden with blooms this year.

Wow Jacobite!

Now that's a view!!! It's a dream of mine to one day live near the water. Used to rent a lovely 100 y.o. cottage in Northern Ontario, the deck overlooked the lake and at 5pm I'd always go up on the deck to watch the sun hit the lake and watch the sunset. It looked like a river of gold!

In 5 years I never got tired of looking at it, felt very blessed to be able to experience it. Was a place for the soul to rejuvinate that's for sure.
