There are currently 1,210 billionaires.  Just 36 or 3 percent have never been married. Another 81 are divorced, 6 are separated. Of these 123 who are technically up for grabs, 33 are under 50 while 34 are over 70. Just 16 are women. (Addendum: there are also 52 who are widowed, only 1 of whom is under 50).

MY GRANDMOTHER USED TO SAY.LOVE FROM THE HEART.AND TRUST IS EVERYTHING.BE HONEST AND FAITHFUL,STAY TRUE TO WHO YOU ARE. AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR MAN. IF HE WANT COFFEE YOU FIx IT FOR HIM,DINER MAKE DINER.TREAT HIM WITH RESPECT AND HOLD HIM TRUE TO YOUR HEART.IS IT NOT BETTER TO HAVE LOVED THAN NOT TO LOVE AT ALL?if the two are real from the start then the rest will happen because of the union THE TWO FEEL. YOU WILL KNOW WHEN YOU FINE YOUR SOUL MATE. AND IT SHOULDN'T BE ABOUT MONEY. I'M NEW TO THIS KIND OF THING. BUT REALIZE ITS A BIG WORLD OUT THERE . IF NOTHING COMES OUT OF THIS I DODN'T LOSE ANYTHING.TAKE CARE AND GOOD-LUCK

Well Robtest we'd all like someone in our lives to make things a little easier, but i'm not holding my breath on the cabana boy gig. Do you remember that old movie with Bogart where he's living on this house boat I think and this older woman has two cabana boys? What a hoot. I loved the "feel" of that movie, kind of close and intimate as if you're there in it. Goodtimes lol....

Hey, Rob, where the heck have you been?! Seems you were gone for a bit....find someone? Do tell...

Glad to see you back.

Hey Red! I been hanging out a little, let the membership expire so now I am on restricted posting duty! LOL But it is springtime, and down here in the sunny south, it has been well, sunny!!! Nice convertible weather!

Stop bragging your convertible around! lol (sung to song lyrics...)

It's been raining here for at least five days straight! I am thinking of canceling membership as well....doesn't seem to be achieving the original desired goals.....hey, we still have a spaghetti dinner date when next in Atlanta! I am glad to see you back, your wit and smile are always a pleasure!

Oh, but sorry to inform you...you do not have 20 more years to be a cabana boy! roflmao.....but we open in pool late May, you're still a contender!

Yes, Lilbit, we were just fooling around. Just a happy little thread. The article was real though for those that are into that sorta thing. But point well taken on the "entitlement" issue. I agree and it is sad. Not sure where that comes from... But are you sure you don't need a man to take care of you, except you have just excluded for that to need to be implemented in a financial methodology? Just teasing ya!

But hell, if them kinda jobs are out there somewhere. Count me in! I probably got another 20 good years in me as a cabana boy for the right woman! ROFLMAO

Tamyata, Pisces are notorious for being bad with money. Is that true in your case? I have never really had a problem with it and even stash a bit away regularly, but I am the cusp date between Aquarius and Pisces... Of course, from that perspective, my sister is an Aquarius and terrible with it.

Robtest--thank you for the free hint.

My Mother always told me that it is just as easy to love an ultra rich man as it is to love a merely rich man.

You're welcome and thanks for your hint too. My mother always said that as well, but being a pisces, I don't care that much for money, so I decided that a poor woman would probably fit my bill better! LOL

My rich aunt used to say "If you are going to be miserable, you might as well be comfortable while doing it." :o)

BTW, what happened to the original post???

You know Robtest, i think we all realize if we took the time and energy we spend looking for a rich man/woman and put it into something constructive we would be far richer as humans. Plus hoping to find a rich man/woman just means we're too lazy to do what it takes to become rich ourselves (looking for the easy way out lol).

Tying to find a rich mate is to try to avoid working hard. Plus it is very presumptious of a person to think that what they have is so special that they deserve a rich man/woman. The truth is that for every beautiful woman/man out there inside and out, there are 100 more just as beautiful inside and out.

So why are anyone of us more deserving than the next to find a rich mate. I wish we would realize that being rich doesn't bring on instataineous happiness.

And if we are unhappy when we are poor what makes us think we know how to be happy and rich? Infact i think it is harder to be happy and rich because one doesn't rely on inner peace to bring about happiness, one relies on outter "things" to bring about happiness which leads to emtiness. And if you can't be happy on the inside no amount of young beautiful women/men, toys, houses, cars will bring about happiness.

Oh well, so it be, continue your search ladies and gents, may the oh mighty dollar be with you...:)

Oh lilbit, we are just goofing around. Surely you know that!

I am just curious about how the other half live!!lol Having spent most of my life as an educator and confined to a classroom, I am more interested in learning about the wealthy life than actually living it....I think wealthy men are just like their counterparts..They put on their pants one leg at a time like all the others.lol...Susan..in Arkansas

I think British Blonde Vegas is setting herself into a corner with the direct soliticious message she espouses. There are real wealthy men here but some of them are very cautious.
