I think it is not all a matter of being fat and thus "ugly"...it should be a matter of health. I have yet to meet a woman (or man) who could do all the things I do without being forced to get in shape. I am not an expert on the ''fat matter'' but as a former model and actor I can tell you that fat is NOT ''in'' and those who try to fool themselves to believe that it is OK end up diabetic, sick and lonely. They've done tests and being fat is realted to low intelligence. Makes sense to me, since it takes common sense to STOP eating garbage and those who STUDY will find that health food in the right quantities heals and slims the body. My dad is a doctor and NOT ONE fatty that walked in to his office remained fat and sick once they actually followed his advice and ate right, worked out and stopped the whining, arguing and emotional bs.

My advice is: stop eating emotional foods (junk) and stick with whole foods (non-animal protein, veggy protein diet) and commit to serious sport routines at least 3 times per week. Being fat is really a sign of laziness and lack of dicsipline. And as far as that story about that Portuguese fat girl who "could get all the men" I can guarantee you that NONE of my friends would touch her with a ten foot pole just because she was nice. There is PLENTY fun, sweet, intelligent, FIT and spiritual woman out there who get all the action from healthy, cool intelligent succesful guys. No matter how you much you argue, moan and whine, condemn me or anyone else who tells you how it is, being fat (when your legs rub together) is not a good thing nor natural. That said, being a "Twiggy" is not healthy either...nor attractive to most. So go ahead and keep eating these Burgers and fries and wonder why you end up sick at an age where the healthy and lean enjoy life to the fullest.

Quoting comfortnm:

There is no such thing as an ugly woman. Someone man will find you beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

There are such things as ugly women. It may not be an ugly outer shell, but an ugly core. Some women are truly pieces of poop  merely wrapped in pretty wrapping paper. Beauty is more than skin shallow, and girlfriend, you are beautiful :)

Being heavy isn't being ugly. I consider myself a big girl. I haven't always been big, however, because of past medical issues I became large. One thing I remembered and worked on was how I carried myself. I was taught that you hold your head up and be proud of who you are. If there is something you can do about it (in a healty way) then do so. In the meantime love yourself. Learn how to wear the appropriate clothing for your body type - a big mistake many we as big women make.
There is someone out there that loves you for you. Just make sure you're healthy physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Beautiful is beautiful no matter what the shape or size. Take pride in yourself. Know that you were created with beauty, grace and intelligence. Remember to love yourself! People like people that like themselves. Not that they are really the ones that really matter. Make yourself happy. As long as you like what you see in the mirror that's ALL that really matters. :-)

Hello.
From a medical standpoint, if you're over your ideal weight then you're considered obese. In that case 3 thirds of america are obese and that is a serious problem. Our diet is part of the reason why alot of people are overweight. But, also it could be due to health problems, medications etc.

Everyone in gods eyes is beautiful. It is man who makes the distinction as to what beauty is and that is a shame.

If a man doesn't like you because you're fat. Then HE is the wack one in that deal and he has got to take a step to the left->

This doesn't exclude the women either, alot of women are superficial also and want a man who is "perfect" in their eyes. I know that some physical attraction is necessary for some spark to happen. But come on now,, what happened with society? Has society gone wild with the standards of beauty?

Ladies if a man truly loves you for YOU that means ALL of YOU. Then he is a TRUE MAN to have around.
If he is caught up in the Barbie doll look with the fake breasts and cut nose injected lips and booty then he has a serious problem.

You must learn how to love yourself FIRST before anyone could love you.

I couldn't resist responding to this thread, especially after reading the way Alexa and Sexy Single Mom were going at it. But first and foremost, my goal is to address the concerns of the original poster about whether big girls are sexy too.

When I was in high school, before I hit puberty and filled out, I was built like a 12 year-old boy. I wore juniors sizes and my feet were too small to find high heels in my size. I had no curves at all and desperately wanted some.

I became friends with a girl named Angel. She was Portuguese, tall, voluptuous, and LARGE. She had clouds of long dark hair, full painted lips, a HUGE backside, and monster jugs. She was a plus-size girl even in high school. And she was the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen.

She was an only child and was adored and spoiled within the family unit. Her self-esteem was so high that she NEVER had issues with her self-worth. She was beautiful, she was hot, she was worthy, she could get any guy she wanted, and it SHOWED.

Everytime she stepped out her door, she was DRESSED. She took great pride in the way she looked, and she always looked her best. Her makeup was FLAWLESS, her hair perfect, her shoes shined, her manicure fresh and her attitude in check.

By conventional comparison, she was not the typical idea of what is considered beautiful in America today. But because of the positive feedback she received at home and the amount of self-esteem that that instilled in her, this girl thought she was a supermodel, and carried herself as such.

To this day, I still think that she is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. And I am so thankful that I had her as an example of what is beautiful as I've gone from a size 0, to a size 6, to a size 10. I know that I am beautiful no matter what my size and I emit that from my pores. And I've never had any lack of male attention despite fluctuations in my weight.

So Emilia, I hope that this gives you the insight you were looking for.

Ciao

I didn't feel hurt at all, I was trying to tell you my goal here is not "hurt your feelings" by offending you :) I'm the one here with a waist "HA HA HA" And the baby fat you have now has been there for some years already, if I well read your profile. I think you just let yourself down.
And anyway, I think I'm smart enough to hadle feedback. Maybe you are funny too, but I don't want to admitt it :)

Re:

So are we saying the same thing??? :-) LOL
You're not offending me and I'm not offending you. Then we're on the same page!

Hey fat is fat, some people lose fast and unhealthy and some people lose slow and healthy. I chose slow. Especially after a c-section! Now unless you've had one of those, you can't comment.

I bet you haven't had any babies, you don't have any room in your belly for them to grow!! LOL (just a joke, really just joking)

Anyway, you didn't offend me because I try not to let anyone's comments offend me. As for the other big girls, you may have drove them into tears (and not from laughter). The worst thing a fat person who's unhappy with themselves can hear is a skinny person calling them fat! That's sincere. That's not a dig or anything like that, it's just probably how they feel.

Alexa, do you wonder why have we've been the only ones exchanging banter? You know other people are reading this forum (especially the big ones), why do you think they haven't commented? Probably because they're scared you might say something to them that will send them spiraling downhill.

That's why I had to say something to you. It was to show them (the big girls) to be proud of who they are (regardless of whether or not they're happy with the weight or lack of). Be proud of the skin you're in. And until it changes, the skin you're in is all you have!

Alexia, lighten up. Remember who started this. That's another reason why you should eat a burger and gain some weight, then maybe you'll have THICKER SKIN!!!!! HA HA HA

Anyway, I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, but don't dish it out if you can't take it.

BTW, I'm losing weight because I HAD A BABY and since here in America, we eat, I gained weight. DUH!!

I don't mind if you voice your opinion, but if you do be prepared for the comments you'll receive back!!! LOL

HA Ha, Alexia, you're funny. It's not that I didn't know how to spell your name, it's just that I don't care!!!!

Keep dating the broke artists and leave the rich jerks to me. Here in America we like food, maybe because we have it to eat!!! LOL

Like I said, it's not too much you can say that will hurt my feelings!!! I think your little comments are cute.

I hope star emelia69 learns that the people who think she's unattractive don't count anyway. She'll be a lot happier!!! See you around, Alexia. It's been great talking with your skinny as*. LOL. If you need me to send a burger to Romania, let me know!!! I will!!! LOL

Ha ha ha Better focus on your a**, I'm proud of mine :) Besides, had no complains until now about my looks and I can easily have a Big Mac without having to worry about my weight. I'm lucky about that. My message was for the ones who try to stay fit but not to please anorexic girls, but for the majority of men. Very few Renaissance artists left to fancy chubby females.

Re:

Alexia, Renaissance men are usually broke anyway. You can have them and they can have the anorexics. LOL.

Please, by all means eat a Big Mac, it'll do you some good!!! Your man will love the new mellow & FULL Alexia!!

As you can see in the pic above and in my profile, my a** is doing just fine.
Thanks for your concern, but no thanks!! :-)

Hahaha...fat women trying to make each other feel better? I can only say one thing: I would hate to be fat and I would do anything to change that! So I do think girls should work more on that, because competition is very hard nowdays. Lots of slim girls with great personality also. So if yoy already have the inner beauty, why not try to get the proper look, also?
I didn't mean to be mean, just telling you what I feel.

Re:

Look proper to who, Alexa, you? Well, who made you the judge of all? There are plenty of men out here that totally disagree. You need a burger and maybe you wouldn't be so evil.

See I am who I am, fat or skinny. It's my choice. I work on losing weight but not because of people like you, screw you. I work on losing weight because I like the way I look thinner than fatter.

I advise you to watch what you say before God drops a big fatty on top of your head!! With your skinny, boney, anorexic a** you'll flatten like a pancake.

BTW fat women can lose weight. What are you going to do about those crows feet. CAW CAW CAW!!! Ha Ha Ha

You are only as beautiful on the outside as you are inside, and physical beauty is always transparent enough to let one's ugliness show through, even if it is just once a day ;(
