What is your idea of THE PERFECT ROMANTIC MEETING? Long Term Relationship Forward to friends

  • View author's info Author Posted on Oct 16, 2005 at 11:09 AM

This is an area that that intrigues me not only personally, but as a writer.
Because, in this area of an individuals desires, you learn alot about them.

What they find romantic in the opposite sex, geography, setting and ambiance, surroundings, culture, foreign dialects/languages, etc., you get the idea.

So, Ok, we are all here to find romance right? Let's go beyond the profiles and talk about ROMANTIC DESIRES. This should be an interesting thread and bring out the best (and interesting) part of us all...

I guess I have to put one down to start, huh? mmmm? Let me see?

I think it would be interesting to meet an Scottish Archeologist while filming my documentary film in the Middle East, or while visiting in Scotland while I finish my book at a nice little cottage, I would share the fireplace with him, mmmmmmaybe, if he asked nicely.
SUMMARY: See out of that you learned that I 1)Have thing for Scots, 2)Like Archeology on some level, 3)Smart Men who like to explore 4)Like my work 5) and travel possibly.

See this can be fun...your turn.

Photograph: The cottage is Edinburgh, Scottland that I hope to spend 30 days at.....Goals are nice.

****SIGH..... Perfect simple romantic evening for me....

Going out for a nice walk in the moon light... Holding hands.. flipping out a blanket and having a little picnic basket filled with goodies and a nice bottle of vino.. with a couple of candles.. gazing into each other?s eyes, feeding one another and talking about anything our hearts desire for the future, and or desire of the evening.... tossing everything aside and snuggling in staring into the stars holding each other and enjoying the peace and tranquility of it all.....

***** an added bonus would be to have Sharah Brightman singing in the background.... ***SIGH***

I am in Seattle right now on business and catching some R & R time at my beach house. I will be back in Los Angeles next week or two. Then back to Seattle for a few weeks to finish up business there. Then I will be headed for China, Korea, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, etc. for a few months. Damn Blondes, Oops I am one of them too, RLMAO. But I am not the "Dumb Blonde" type, lol. Talk to you soon darlings.

    Hi Everyone!

Hey Billy Bob, what is Bobby Joe planning to do with that sheep when he gets it back to his trailer, lol? I know he ain't going to shear it, LMAO. If he had one of these redneck motorhomes he would not have to take it back to the trailer, he could date it right there and kick it out the door after he is done with it, RLMAO now. How do you like the pic below Billy Bob?

You know what inspired me to mention not singing to loudly in the shower? A day or two prior, I was singing in the shower...the acoustics were like the Sidney Opera House! lol I thought I sounded wonderful, and apparently my volume continued raise, as my daughter so thoughtfully brought to my attention when she told me after, "You were getting a little carried away in the shower Mom, don't you think? You were getting louder, and louder...why? Did you think you were on stage?" LMAO...of course, don't we all when we are singing in the shower? lol

    Hi Everyone!

    Ok miss Gigi,

I can not tell you where I am taking you this weekend or it will not bwe a surprize, lol. You will just have to wait and see sweetie!

    And Sharon Cutie,

I best not sing at all, not even in the shower. I could be arrested for some law violation I am sure the law can think up. If nothing else it would be for noise pollution, lol. Talk to you soon darling.

Have your passport with you, RLMAO. You know how I am and the spontanous things I like to do at the spur of the moment, lol.

Heat Wave...yes it's still a song! But unless you sing like Bruce Springstein, Neil Diamond, or Frank Sinatra...don't sing unless you're in the shower k? lol
And not to loudly! If your kids are with you, you don't want them running away! lol

It's a pleasant 75 to 78F here. Got my lawn mowed...just got to pack and we're off tomorrow. NYC...here we come! lol

    Hi Everyone!

    Ok habibity Gigi,

Hot enough for you today? 104 Degree F. the outside temperature gage read in my Mercedes, no bull! I have this pic to remind you how cold it was in Brianhead, Utah when we went skiing and you said you were freezing all the time, lol. Here is an idea- "Think Snow", RLMAO now!

    Hey Sharp1 Sweetie,

Here is where I was, when I was suppose to be up in Canada skiing with you. Blame Gigi for stealing me away from you that weekend, lol. I'm innocent, RLMAO! Sure wish I was there right now with this heat wave. Wait a minute, wasn't that a song? Were having a heat wave, lol.

    Hi Everyone!

    Yup Sharp Sweetie,

I can definately relate to that. When I was younger and "Dumber" I did the ski on the feet thing. That caused some nasty deep cuts, not to mention a few broken toes. Had a friend that thought 60 mph was a good speed to go with me behind the boat. Needless to say, he "Never" drove my boat again. BTW- I got him back when it was his turn, lol. I took it up even faster, RLMAO. When he hit the water, it just had to hurt, lol.

    Hi Habibity Gigi,

    I am right here sweetie!

Quick, look to the left. Did you see me wink at you, lol? You gotta be fast (Like Lightning) to see it, LMAO. I will call you later lil lady.

    Hey Gigi, he wasn't far...

BL, hehehe...yeah a touch of sadistic humour in me, which I'm sure you can appreciate. I've earned the right to laugh, because I've experienced it! Not wakeboarding, but slalom water skiing. OMG! It feels like you're being skinned alive!!! OUCH! Not to mention it can knock the wind out of you! It seems one moment you're only thinking about how much you hurt all over, the next you're think... REMEMBER TO BREATHE!!!! LOL

    Hi Everyone!

Ha-Ha Ladies, I don't do Speedo's. Just pulling on Red's leg to see where it would go, lol. I see it went plenty far too, still lol. No road/water rash for this Blondie cuz I am the lil blonde surfer dude, LMAO. Us BSD's (Blonde Surfer Dude's) know about that. Do you know how fast we can get going when shredding a 10-15 wave? Fast enough to get skinned up, lol.

BTW- Hey Red, got any pic's of the two piece bathing suit? Or what was left of it after falling and becoming a topless tiger, LMAO. JK sweetie! BTW- We wear a ski vest while wakeboarding or water skiing, not just for safety, but to keep exactly that from happening to the ladies that like to wear bikini's, lol. Oh ya, don't wear sun glasses either, lol. Only goggles, and if you don't- "ALWAYS" remember to close your eyes before you hit the water- OUCH! Ha-Ha, lol.

And Sharp- "Bad Sharon", lol. Wanting to see me get skinned up. Nope, ain't goin to happen eh! lol. Talk to all of you soon.

    sharp1 write:
Oh no! Take that back Red! Tell him to wear the Speedo...OMG...when he wipes out...Ouch! But hey...good laugh for you! lol
I remember the advice given to me by a gf prior to my first time wakeboarding. She told me to make sure I wore boarder shorts...nothing worse than the wedgy you get when not wearing the boarder shorts! Experience talking...when I forgot the boarder shorts once! lol

I must be a sadist to laugh at someone else's discomfort! But it would be funny...don't you think? lol
    Sorry BL...teehee!

Yes...lol...I have a little sadistic humor side too, sharp. We keep lots of ice - and a camera - on board.....

Also, when skiing, never wear a two piece: The top comes off very easily....yes, experience talking there too. Sad/funny thing is, I didn't realize it until it was too late! Good thing my liitle ones are in fair shape and tanned (well as tan as an Irish/Dutch girl can get!).
