Many hopes for recovery to all the gulf states affected by the hurricanes. The loss of life and homes is tragic. But, if everyone is like you, rajun, things will come back better than before. May Spirit guide, protect, and nurture you all.

We lost our home last year in Florida to a combo of Frances and Jeanne. Although it kinda feels like we are still coming out of a bit of a fog, people do come out. For me, I was gifted with a new perspective on life and what was working or not working. I heard the same thing from others.

The biggest gift is that, from tragedy, we can make adjustments to live life more positively in the present, be wholistically healthy, and appreciate even the invisible so much more. It is the little things that were nothing before that become so tangible as "gifts" in your day-to-day life and living.

Again... many hopes of healing your way.

Aloha no e malama pono...
