Fine Wine -- Way to much trouble with all that turning, etc. Much less maintenance and better for you if you just stick to vintage spring water that took thousands of years to soak up all those good minerals.

lol

I agree with you too since I am a teetotaller and am allergic to alcohol but have learnt much about connoiseur wine drinking thru my late husband. We have a Victorian cellar which was to be converted to a lovely wine cellar but never found the time to do so..

Folks , I think to be fair, I like Mel's poetic analogy , but my retort is..good vintage wine needs careful tendering..they don't turn sour nor vinegary if you store them well and attend to their needs..which is a cool, dry cellar, well corked , rotate them gently once in a while and admire their rich vintage..and savor their full bodied flavor and remember the much devoted hands that made them ..they deserve to be appreciated and will delight your taste buds and keep you excited, intoxicated and wanting more...join a proper wine tasting club Mel, it might change your perspective to wine and women for the better..ENJOY the pleasures of life and maybe you will see the world in a softer rose-tinted light..

What a beautiful positive turn and twist on this subject Bonnie.

Well, I must admit Mel always makes me laugh with his very dry sense of humour .... could that have been another "Mel-ism" that somehow got tangled up and came out sounding unfunny??
I don't think Mel thinks I'm funny though. He very rarely responds to my posts or teases me. Sniff. He doesn't LIKE meeeeeee!!! wwaaaaahhhh.....

We all like you Minny. Quit sniffing-- you know how we men hate to see a woman upset.

Yes Mel what is your point? I feel some negative vibes in this post...you seem to have a negative view about all women. So why would you want to date a woman?

Don't let them kid you Mel. Most women are worse than your ex.

Naw, just kidding. Females are ok before age 12 and after age 80. It just between 12 and 80 that causes all the problems.

lol

Mel I don't believe I post negatively on you all the time. Apparently, I'm not the only one who is picking up on this bitterness you have for your ex. You may not realize it, but you are transfering that bitterness to all women, as if we are ALL like your ex. That is coming across in your posts. WE women are NOT ALL like your ex. I don't know your situation, but I can think of a friend or two who have gone through HE*LL with their ex's...but they were B*ithes. I can also think of a few female acquaintances who have gone through H*ELL with their husbands. They were not B*itches, but their husbands were real AZZ holes!
Just keep in mind...it can work both ways. And not everyone is like your ex. I get along well with my ex. Heck because his sister from CO changed their plans last minute on him this Summer our holidays in July crossed over for 2 days, so we were both at the lake together with our kids and his sister's family. Everyone is different.

Please don't be mad at me dahlin...I love your posts you make me laugh all the time...but there is some truth to this post.

Should we tell you what men are?

Natallia already did. She said Men are like grapes.

Does that mean we can stomp on them?

Yes, Last. That was part of the joke.
