What brought Me to Florida or to MillionaireMatch? Well, I headed business development for an Internet Security company for their Latin America Region is what got Me to Florida from Hawaii and California. It was great until the internet stock crash and huge layoffs. Now, I own the Lifestyle Alternatives Centre of Palm Beach and am doing what I am passionate about in life (want to know what? just ask Me. As for MM... Folks with a lot of class, brains, and without the crude, rude, remarks and come on lines is what I find refreshingly wonderful here :)

I lived in that area for 16 years. I got tired of the heat, and the hurricans, and moved up here 4 years ago...

While there my favorite place to live was on Juno Beach. I was on the island and in those cute cottages on Celestial Drive. I loved it when the sea turtles were hatching... I even have my name on one of the bricks that are around that lake. I also lived in Palm Beach, Wellington, the WPB area and Jupiter.

I remember when the down town area was not what it is today. It was a very scary area to drive through back then. Not any more as those who live there know!

I moved here from NY 6 years ago because I was supposed to get married. All that glittered wasn't gold... so I never did say "I do" Although I didn't have friends or family here, I figured I'd give it a shot solo for a while to see if I liked it. I guess I liked it... I miss everyone back home, but I certainly don't miss the Coooold!

I have lived in Key West, and Daytona, off and on over the years. I always say I won't go back because it is soooo humid... but I always go back.... I love the beaches, and swimming with manatees and rainbow fishies. So who do I talk to to get some mountains and a waterfall over there?

Family brought me here from the cold, I've survived hurricane season after hurricane season and still love it. I enjoy the cold, but never as much I love the beach, the sand and the feeling of warm sun on my face!

What brought me to florida was starting up a printing business. Made the move in 1977, and have seen alot of growth. Love it here, although it tends to get a little hot in the summer. Should be used to it by now, but wouldn't move back to the mid-west. I'll take the sun-shine over the snow-shine anyday! LOL! Living in Orlando, next to mickey! Business is good! Glad we made the move.

Hello, My parents brought me to florida.
The weather, scenery, and the beautiful women kept me here. I have been here for thirty three years and don't plan on leaving unless I am blown away by a hurricane. Mark

I was living in Santa Barbara when I read this interesting factiod: The southernmost beach in California is 500 miles NORTH of the Northernmost beach in Florida. I'm now about another 800 miles down, and the weather is right most of the year. Also, I'm a car collector, and driving a convertible in cold weather is a questionable pleasure. Today, of course, I'm in my Portland, Oregon condo (snowboard time!), but only for short doses during the winter. Florida has been very, very good to me.

I am from Calli, Simi Valley, you are so right, I would love to move there...I have family everywhere there..

I just vacationed at St. George Island, but have traveled all over Florida and truly love it there. Hopefully, one of these days, when everything comes together, I will move there, which is what I've wanted to do for a long time!!!
