Hi Everyone!

Ah lil habibity Gigi,

You have a valid point about the multiple wives scenario, lol. I guess it would ease tensions or emotions for the male when he gets tired/upset with one wife to go to another. But I have to contemplate this, what would it do for the one he leaves for the other? She would be left with unresolved differences and not to mention her feelings and emotions being hurt also.

Kind of a one way street situation to me. So how does the Egyptian Muslim women accept and tolorate that situation. I have been told that in certain parts of the world the women are second class citizen's and treated accordingly that way. A shame for equality in my opinion. I like to think we (males & females) are all equal!!!!! So, what's your opinion on this? Talk to you soon .

Yalla Bye Habibity

Hi Everyone!

Well lil miss Bomb Shell sweetie,

Nicely worded! In my prior situation, I would have to agree with you about the mixed religion statement darling. I do however have a few friends that are still married with different religions from both spouses. Their children practice both religions and have knowledge of what each preaches. So, I would have to state that it is more of the "Parents" decisions to allow, practice, or influence their children's beliefs.

Sad to say that in my former relationship that my mate thought that the religion she was taught growing up was the only one for her children. I did not, nor do I believe that only one religion should be the case. I seek to expand my horizons by being informative of other things in life such as religions.

But when one has to deal with ignorance, one tends to overlook opinions to avoid arguing with one's mate. The tragic end result is the children suffer! That was my decision to avoid conflict, and I can only hope that my children will someday seek some sort of spiritual/religious belief's.

BTW- I see that you live in Northridge. Funny, I have my business located near you off of Tampa and Nordhoff, near the Northridge Fashion Center Mall, lol. I could probably throw a rock and hit your place from there, or visa versa, LMAO. Talk to you soon dear.

I've always wondered what people in mixed religion marriages would teach their children. I've never been married but I think that I would have to be with someone who shared my beliefs because what do you teach your children? I mean, offspring should be taught about religion and spirituality but in the the end be able to make their own choices but I think that being two different religions and having two different sets of beliefs cannot work in one household.

Hi Everyone!

Well my darling Seattle,

lol, start at your neck and don't miss a spot? Ok then, I will start at the top of your head and work down to your toes. That should cover every spot, lol.

And there is another thing I can do also, just in case I miss a spot. How about start with a warm/hot bath with red rose pedals, candle lit background, aroma therapy, and a nice glass of wine with soothing music first, then a whole body massage from head to toe, lol.

I can say like the yellow pages slogan- let your fingers do the walking, LMAO. JK! But, I really do give a wonderful massage I have been told. So how would that sound? Talk to you soon cutie!

That would probably be ok. lol!

What if I sit on your lap and you tell me that all over again? Just talk softly into my ear..... still lol

Oh No Miss Beauty and Brains,

The pickle thing I will not elaborate on, nor will I touch that one with a 50 foot pole, lol. I think this is better left to the imaginations of the other's and to see their comments, lol.

PS. I am happy that you did get that christmas tree, too bad you had to lug it home though.

LMAO- You should have told your mate that Christmas Tree was a Hanukah Tree, I'll bet he would have been there in a flash, lol still. But when I was married we had both trees, and a blue star of david too. FYI- I have no problems on the respect thing between religions cutie! Just wish others would also. Talk to you soon.

My lil Seattle Sunshine Sweetie,

Come a little closer my darling, lol. Now where does it hurt my dear. I will put a big kiss on it and make it all better, I promise. LMAO honey! You are still too cute babe. Talk to you soon.

Blondie, just start at my neck to make sure you don't miss any aching spot. lol
Take care, you delicious flirt!

Hi Everyone!

Oh Miss Seattle Sunshine Sweetie,

Thanks for sharing that with me. I am only sorry that your ex had those problems and even more sorry that he shared them with you. I like to think that when I am either sick or I am down that I do not share those things with anyone else except me darling. Hopefully now things will be only positive and optimistic for you honey! Talk to you soon my dear.

Oh my dear Beauty & Brains,

So sad to hear about the christmas tree. I can relate in a positive way with you on cutting down a tree to decorate my dear. I was so much fun sneaking over the fence and cutting it down from my neighbor's yard late one night, lol. I am just kidding about cutting it down from my neighbor's yard, LMAO. I took my sons to a christmas tree farm in Washington when we lived there and let them pick out the tree and work in shifts cutting it down so everyone had a hand in it. I will always remember that special memory and the pic's of it also! See there are both good and bad memories in any relationship/marriage. Think positive, you will be the better person for it. Talk to you soon sweetie!

Great question. I've found it harder to be in relationships with men who are extreme; either no belief system or else ultra religious.

Those differences that seem exciting at first can be a problem down the road. My ex was a "god-fearing agnostic". lol Raised Catholic, but developed an aversion to all religions. So, how he handled stress, problems, events that I my perception tells me are crisis of spirit issues were different to the extent that he caused himself a lot of anguish and in turn, shared that with me.

Guess this is extreme, where one has a belief system (although I consider myself a cafeteria Catholic) and one who did not believe in anything. Made things very difficult.
