Your other question has to do what is also called thought manifestation. Have you ever thought about a friend from long ago very fondly then ..a letter arrives or a phone call?...It is like creating a vision in your mind that you attach so much belief to nothing gets in your way...it is a long way off but you see it...maintain the focus...a lot of self discipline as some believe that the crippling energies of fear and doubt keeps our inner screens in a lockdown mode. Most of the self improvement and motivational speakers capture this principle, live it, and try to share it with others. Having negative people around i.e.,..angry all the time, abusive in any manner, synical.... are what I refer to as "Energy Vampires" and keep them away as it is hard to focus with their self-defeating energies. If someone believes they are attractive or unattractive their inner beliefs are reflected in the way they respond to the world and vice/versa. Just a general pic for you as it is very very deep...hope it helped to explain some...take care ..

You know Bob this is funny that you wrote this...3 days prior to my trip to go get married in 2002 I received a letter in the mail...it was from a male friend I had not spoke to in 15yrs. I had recently thought about about him and wondered how he was doing. We had use to be best buds...then we dared to walk over the line of friendship...and it went very south and he royally ticked me off...We didn't speak for this amount of time...He had been tracking me down for 5 years to tell me he was sorry, he'd been married, divorced...etc And I was still the best woman he'd ever met...Damnit I should have xld the wedding then lol

Hi Cat, have you thought of getting back in touch with him again,?

Bobcat you were explaining the dynamics of the brain,I see the effects of 'old age' on the brain when I'm at work..

One lovely lady called Miriam recognises me when I arrive on my night shift (she always knows me..is always waiting for me)through the night I find her wandering the corridors or in the lounge, always agitated, looking for her husband (who died a few yrs ago) or she looks for her two old aunties (she used to take care of them)she's always so relieved to see me when I help her back to her room, sometimes she wants me to let her mother know where she is..but always in this world where she is at night trying to find her room and loved ones she knows who I am .Each time during the night I meet a different scenario..she's trying to get home, she thinks she's in a street and lost...one carer keeps telling her that her aunties and husband are dead..and she cries because it's like hearing it for the first time..I tell her that I'll find them for her but first I'll see her home get her a hot drink and settle her into her nice warm bed..try to get her to leave the worries for me to solve..and that does the trick for another hour or two..but the next time it might be that she's forgotten about her husband and aunties and is just looking for the toilet so I don't see the point in putting her through that nightmare..Isn't it strange though that in all these different scenarios she knows me...there are a few others that are similar to Miriam and on a lighter note I wish I could play a tape of this night time procedure and speed it up..it would see me taking one lady to her room to find another coming out of hers and then another further down the corridor..ahh bless them all.xxxx

Yes Dunna we did keep in contact...I went on and married and now he has a very serious girlfriend...and I went thru yet another divorce lol

This has no value to support or refute metaphysics. The simple fact is that we do not know everything, and indeed we do not even know the scope of what we do not know.

There is a place in Scotland called Findhorn. It's just south of Forres, which is SE of Inverness. The climate in Inverness is temperate enough that I have seen roses blooming there on December 28. But it is by no means even sub-tropical.

In the late sixties, a couple, Peter and Eileen Caddy, received guidance from Devas, or nature spirits. Following this advice, the Caddys went to Findhorn, then a caravan (trailer) park and began turning the sand they found into soil, using compost, fireplace ash, etc. It took a while (don't recall how many years) but their garden eventually produced, most notably, cabbages that weighed up to 55 pounds. The whole story is documented in the book, The Findhorn Garden, ISBN 06-090520-4. In addition, the final chapter of The Secret Life of Plants also deals with Findhorn.

The huge vegetables were no longer being grown there when I visited in 1976, but the gardens were very impressive to my admittedly uneducated eye, including eucalyptus trees.

If my acoustic neuroma had been diagnosed in the early 80's instead of the early '90s, the treatment would have been to core my ear like an apple and cut another hole in my skull. Instead, they screwed an aluminum frame to my skull and zapped the growth with Gamma rays. The technique simply did not exist 15 years ago. A century ago, a bic butane lighter would have seemed like magic. Times change, and some people change with them. But seems to me your mind is already made up, in which case nothing I or anyone else can say will change your mind. Consult the parable of the barren ground. So I'm done. Be well.

Cat's Meow,
It's so wonderful to hear a mom feul a child's imagination ...I can see the both of you smiling and dancing..it is so meaningful to a child for an adult to remember how to play....a fiery imagination has blessed the creative world with many...I work with children but my kid at heart loves to play...when I see them again their first words have to do with imagination and laughter!!!The wee little ones do exist...for without the mystical, the magik, the beyond to feul our fantasies, and the true essence of the Godess there would be truely a void found only in darkness....

I couldn't have said it better Bob... :) I love your love of children and animals...BTW my daughter wants to email you but is afraid to. We had a wonderful lunch date yesterday...a few tears. But we got thru it w/o my notes hahaha

Yes Cat's Meow....the wonderful energy felt under a full moon is hypnotizing...I feel for Mr. Robotics. He reminds me of an episode of the Twilight Zone of "Kick the can" where one old man was left in the nursing home while his friends returned to their youth through the power of belief to be young again seeing them playing outside and left behind with no faith...sad....creativity, fantasy, imagination, spontaneity in allowing thoughts to swirl to create visions of wonder make this life spectacular for where would true romantics enjoy seeing their love enjoy what they brought to life from an idea in their heads to bring forth true sentimentality, affection, and warm feelings inside...it takes going outside the box....

His parents must have not allowed him to have his imaginary friends :( I allowed in w/my youngest daughter...I heard it will help her to be veryyyyyyyyyyyy creative when she is older? Or at least an imagination heheheh She loves playing fairys and doing fairy dances w/mommy! Oh and can't forget the fairy spells :)

I BELIEVE!!! I believe in Fairys...have you ever searched high and low for your keys...running late for work or whatever...to go back and only find them where you first looked...that is the fairys playing tricks...I believe in the Goddess! Ok Shut up Cats go back to your box!

I believe in Fairies too!!you're not alone cat..a couple of years ago I was having a really bad time of things and suddenly felt like writing about fairies,,So I wrote and wrote poems about them, hadn't done it before haven't written any since, but the fairies certainly got me through my bad time!! (Now the missing keys..oh yes mine are always going missing, but i'm afraid I can't blame anyone but myself..lol)

Bobcatmoon I don't pretend to know loads about this topic but have always been interested in Astrology, spirit guides..Angels etc..is shamanism similar to metaphiysical ..I read a great book on Shamanism by Will Adcock.

I wouldn't call myself a gullible person at all..far from it, more like a person open to the idea that there are many things in the universe we can't see, doesn't mean it doesn't exist! I think the more information you have on any subject the better you can make any judgements or base any opinions.
