My dog died :( I wrote a litle thing in my blog about it, I'll really miss him!

This is my Baby girl. I love her so much. She is definately a love bug. I'll admit she is a bit spoiled. But she is to cute.

I have a few pets, but not as many as I'd like. Here's a pic of my dog...

Tall, my son and I had three ferrets for about 2 years. Cubix, Buddy, and God I forgot the girls name. 2 boys and a girl, all of them were suppose to be potty trained and none of them were. They were fisty little creatures. I live in an appartment so after 2 years I had to let them go or pay for huge damages. They were great though, a lot later I was cleaning my son's room and found they'd hid things in the box of the bed. They'd crawl into any little space they could and have a ball.

GOOD NEWS! HE'S ALIVE! NOT COYOTE DOG FOOD AFTER ALL! YYE*S! LOL
I called the SPCA as soon as they opened on Jan. 2. One hour later, someone called in to say they found a Golden Retriever on New Year's Eve, matching my dogs description! Whew! My daughter and I were thrilled! :-))

My best friend who is non judgemental, who kisses

me w/bad breath (both his and mine) in the

morning, who feels he must protect me (I have the

court doc. to prove it), who welcomes my son home

with as much if not more appreciation (lord knows

of any signs of lonliness with demands for jogs and

you are so right, they are like family...my first dog died when I was 16 and I had him ten years....I grieved terribly.....I am so sorry.
I know elderly people that up and die soon after they lose a pet....

Pets are so loyal and wonderful.
Humans should be so loyal....

Often we get our dogs as pup at 6 wks old. We cuddle them, watch them sleep most of the day, potty train them, train them to come, sit, lay down, etc. We feed them, love them, and watch them grow into wonderful adult dogs, just like we do our children. They become part of your family...one of your kids, only with 4 legs. Even when they are completely a*n*al & playful and drive you nuts...they love you unconditionally, and we love them back. So when you lose them, it hurts almost as much as losing one of your children. New Year's Eve we lost one of our dogs, my daughter's Golden Retriever to coyotes. What a way to start a year...it can only get better right?

Love this topic! My whole world revolves around my 3 dogs. My Shepherd's nickname is "the million dollar" dog. He so fits in around here. He's had emergency bloat surgery, a cancerous tumor removed, and 2 back surgeries (1 emergency and 1 scheduled). What's even funnier is when he was 9 months old he had a full black saddle, but is completely red...like me now. Talk about looking alike.

Hi everyone I recently got a dog a Boxer girl in late October her name is Duchess she is so sweet. I lost my 14 year old Sheltie to a stroke in late February. Duchess has been a real treat to have.I love her so much already.

There are pets and then there are work dogs. You should see him work a field or the forest.

My pooch having a relaxing time, and we look NOTHING alike cept we have the same laid back attitudes, easy going no fuss personalities LOL LOL.

My special four legged friend's name is Zeus, he is a cross between a dingo and kelpie. A total sook and spoilt rotten. I cook for two, myself and him LOL........he is a very obedient and loyal friend, always happy to see me, never cross always happy but very very protective. He rarely barks and when he does it is an effort. Dingoes don't bark the growl and howl. It's funny to watch him trying to get a sound out, since it takes about four tries before a deep bark comes out LOL LOL

I'm definitely a dog person. Love my Opie, he's 15 and I'm so thankful for his companionship. He was a pound puppy. Lucky me.

Corby passed away last week..83 people years...:-(
