Hello

I am bipolar and have lived with this all my life. I'm 44 now and have been through quite a bit in my life. Too much to go into detail but try my place
world wide web plus mood cycles and the .you know what... When I'm in a manic state I am extremely hyperactive, my senses and feelings and especially sense of happiness is escalated about 1000 times plus. Its like a state of being very very high I laugh hysterically and have boundless energy and yes have been known to shop and buy things that I don't need just because they seem so beautiful to me. My speech is very fast (this is one reason why I write books) My mind spins, races and I have so many ideas and things to do. Its almost like being on speed but without the nervous edge. I can control myself, as I have the intelligence that unfortunately some dont. Check the site and read for yourself it has so much info about what you are looking for.

Lauri

you hit it on the nail, It is so hard to deal with this sickness, it is like a roller coaster going up and down, being American Indian and white, a lot of my family who are Amc. Indians suffer from this, some have drank them selves to death, some have committed suicide, I choose to live and live with it, it is not fair to be laughed at and judged for a sickness you can not control, it makes you even worse because you want to defend yourself even harder. I just hate it when I am called names and picked on about something I cannot control. It is like a time bomb and sometimes after being on mm and being called crazy, brainlessm troll, narcisist, take another lithem, and all the other cruel stuff I have been called on here by people, I have got off and just cried, and no one see's that , how it hurt inside so deep and you cannot shut off the button. My daughter, mom, and friends all have lived with the fact that I am not perfect and have this ugly sickness, they know how to not push my button and they love it when I am on a high, so to speak, I love to joke and laugh real hardy and I can come up with some humdingers on the up, and on the low I can make them cry because I feel so bad inside and they just want me to be happy again. Don't you think it would be easier to help someone instead of pick on them in this situation, I do. How about a internet hug sometime instead of name calling to me about being bi-polar...Thank you for pointing out how cruel this sickness is, I hate being this way, but I love life, my kid, my mom and my friends and most of all after many years of dealing with the roller coaster, I love me, which is a hard one to do, and it isn't being narcisis, it is over coming and accepting who I am, a lady with a sickness that is human and has feeling too...

You say you are Ecentric with spelling? Well my dear you are not as it is spelled ec?cen?tric. No worries though Lassie as I too have many typo errors. However you are eccentric meaning A person of odd or unconventional behavior.

My deepest apologies to you and your family for having to go through such a horrible medical tragedy. I am sure your daughter loves you too bits and appreciates your womenhood.

Find it strange you felt compelled to call your (DR.)friend and ask him if you are narcissist. ALSO find it strange that he wants you to tell me I am rude...lol

Possibly Blonde before you throw insults my way you will take the time to read throughout the forums and come to realize I have contributed many thoughts and advice as a member here. Mostly positive ones especially on personality disorders.

P.S I am aware of the neurotransmitter Serotonin( the correct spelling)as I once wrote an article on the lack of it.

No need to call me Lady with a sarcastic undertone...lol.

Just call me DR.Barbie

my dr. is my friend too..I met him on here a year ago, he has met me, and he has seen your post, he said you were sick, and wrong to do that, so, go examine your own head for you are not a barbie, and i already called you on posts making fun of people yourself, so if you call me this, fine, you are known as THE TRAMP,now, by me...barbie dr,lol

LOL....Crackin up here you loose screw. My Nickname Barbie was created by others however DR IS not fictitious and something I will accept.

P.S You mental One... Please show me and all others on board where I made fun of others and please give me details where others think of or call me a tramp

Dr. is not fictitious,really now?????

Part of Narcissistic Personality Disorder is the conviction is that "I'm okay, it's everybody else who's not okay," Has anyone noticed someone on here like that?

I, being a medical specialist, have observed cases of maniac depression/psychological disorders.

With that in mind I would not want to further escalate your unbalanced behaviour. As I truly understand the ramifications that it can bring forth.

I am glad to hear you have an excellent medical professional ie: your Doctor friend.

Well BlondeIndian....I would appreciate if you take the time to review my contributions to this thread back in May.

Possibly your Doctor needs to titrate your Meds as it has not controlled your vulgar insultive nature.

Congratulation on your 4 degrees and community involvement. Keep working at it and soon you will match my 5....

Doctor???????? yes or no???????

What is against the law????? I never diagnosed you hun. You informed us members of your illness. Nothing wrong with you having a mental illness (chemical imbalance). I have always and will continue to provide medical care and support to the less fortunate

Just have zero tolerance from chicky poos such as yourself that calls me a tramp/Hoe and B*itch.

Are you feeling such low self esteem about oneself that you gain immediate gratification through bashing and insulting me?????

You made a comment about me being a hoe/b*itch/tramp and told me I need to put makeup on....lmfao

Well sorry to burst your bubble I don't require makeup....it is all natural

for everyones information,lol...

So just please keep in mind that the over all elation, mania and work gnerated from my manic state resulted in a hugely positive outcome; a theory in which makes heaven existance upon earth. Each week I compile more evidence to help in compiling an eventual book but the most incredible divine messaging came to me while in my manic stage. For instances, messages came so fast that I could barely write them down and fear i've lost some of high importance. It's ok though, I feel as if I was enlightened, or touched, and perhaps to help explain this to society in a more believable way, symptoms of Bi-polar were placed upon me.

One of the attributes that comes with bipolar states of Mania is the feeling of invincibility, or having grandiose illusions of power. ANd these feelings can be so strong it is said to have a stronger affect than intravenous use of heroin. Imagine.

Well, I found a great list of bi-polards here that have went public. Its curable. No worries.

Enjoy!

I am known as the Santa Cruz naked man. I was heavily into pot for about 8 years, until I smoked one very bad batch. This led me on a delusional pcp, meth, acid type trip. I ended up on a mystical journey. The end resulted in me running the streets naked trying to get the L.A. LAKER'S to pick me up in a space ship[, for a sex party. I figured I couldn't arrive with nothing less then my birthday suit. I was taken in, and know have recently seeked a much better drug free existence. The story is pretty out there so I rather just keeo it simple.
