    Sinergy write:
I went through the full Kundalini unfurling experience, and it has certainly changed me and the way I view things..... I know that for myself, this experience made me sincerely realize that each of us are spiritual beings having a human experience... and we should be grateful for the opportunity to improve our spirit selves.

Thanks for sharing, Synergy. Would you elaborate on the actual process, if possible. I realize that it's the experience you have to go through in order to understand it. All I can say that my spiritual path has brought me to a point of no return. There's no going back to anger (unexpressed anger that is), judgment, avoidance, guilt or shame. To view life with wonderment and awe as it unfolds exactly as it is meant to and to actually understand this concept means to be in total control of your emotional life...and that's priceless. I'm so grateful to be exactly where I am today.

    Hello tranquil
I've read a bit about the kundalini. I was telling a (spiritual) friend about waking up in the middle of the night and not feeling anxious about it. I could not understand why it did not upset me that I'd just wake up, stay awake for quite a while and be at peace with it. The friend told me it was because I was experiencing my connection with Kundalini energy (can't exlain it exactly as my friend did but something to this effect).
I have heard that you could actually take some training to experience and channel this energy. Is that true? I've read about it in my Reiki book as well but maybe I just wasn't ready to go further with it if I had not pursued it. I'd love to learn more about it though
