    LOL, I have to disagree. The Carleton Sheets program helped get me in the house I've owned for 10 years now! Any of those type of things can provide you with at least some more information than you currently have. I suspect you can find good resources at your public library, too. The study and hard work are the not-so-glorious parts of doing what you want to do, but if you are serious, just keep asking questions and learning. It's a good pursuit, one I've happily dabbled in as well. Check out your local SBA- they have an impressive amount of resources there. Good luck to you.

    I tried the Carlton Sheets program... don't waste your money on it... it's just one long infomercial. I'd welcome anyone who can mentor me in investing in real estate, or stocks. What do you think of buying tax lein property?
