If I'm right you half heartily wanted advice and the other half wanted some women to speak her mind and say "Here I am go for it." Dating is hard, there is no easy answer. We all see someone on the street or in a store we want and don't approach them; then we sign up here and look for the "prefect" one. It is an interesting world with no easy answer. I have been thinking about making business cards with some cute antic on them and hand one out if I am attracted to someone...without a ring.
lonelycali write: It's very hard to be successful and work the hours I do and have the time to look for a partner. Any suggestions ladies? I have about 2 years left of these hours and then it's retirement at 40 for me....
Sweetie, it is very hard to work your hours and be able to find anyone who would endure that nightmare with you, who would not cheat on you and not be with you only for the money aspect. Sadly, that just isn't how most are these days.
It's a tiring journey, but once you retire you will have more time to meet someone. Just don't let them know you are retired or of much wealth or you will end yourself in an even bigger headache then you are in now! Keep faith and just remember that there is someone out there, just that love sometimes comes to those who have to wait a little longer.
If you ever need an ear after a stressing day, you are welcome to write. I work hours like that as well and am a full-time single mom so I know how grueling it can get. I stay up all night working while they sleep so that I can have most the day with them and get very little sleep. Most don't understand that and why I work so hard and put in the hours I do, but I have two great reasons as to why! lol Stay positive and optimistic and things will work out fine! You are a very handsome man and two years isn't so far off. Besides, you would probably much rather enjoy someone then over now. The first few months of a relation are critical to getting to know each other and spend that time together. You want that time to be spent wisely and honestly. If you do it now, chances are you won't be able to make that effort and end up in a relation you do not want. Take the time and then look so you can actually enjoy all that makes her the beauty she will be...
OK, you won't like this response. Relationships take time. If you're unwilling to make the time right now, then best to let fate take place and not go looking for something that may just annoy both of you if the time factor isn't there.
FREE TIME IS IMPORTANT BUT IF YOU ARE WORKING TO REACH YOUR ULTIMATE PLACE YOU WANNA BE THEN YOUR PARTNER WILL BE UNDERSTANDING AND LET YOUR STAR SHINE BRIGHTLY AND NOT TRY TO COVER IT UP. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT.
YOU SEEM LIKE A GREAT GUY AND YOU HAVE ALMOST COMPLETED YOUR GOAL, STAY FIRM ON YOUR DECISIONS. YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE SUPPORTIVE, I PROMISE. THEN YOU CAN ENJOY THE RETIREMENT TOGETHER. WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO YOU, I LIKE WHO YOU SEEM TO BE AND I LIKE YOUR DETERMINATION!!! KINDNNICE2002
You'll have more than enough time in two years from now.
You sound worried, but you have the answer already, so just wait don't look keep working by the time you find one you probably wish to work even longer...
