    Ladies and Gentlemen
If it is too good to be true, it probably is.  Getting them to send a picture with the days News paper is a good idea.
They will tell you, came only with cash, left credit cards at home, got robbed, need money to
exit the country, money to get their supplies out of customs, - the bottom line is money.
If they are telling you they love you after only a week or two - it most likely is a scam....
Remember - a Passport and a Driver's License can be faked.   They may have a US address - but they have borrowed the persons name, address.
Be Careful - they are out to destroy you financially - for profit.

Some of the scammers are women too!  Fake photos, big promises ... send money!

i get that a lot. i have a way of finding them out. i ask them about their home and where it is exactly and that i know some people from there.
they usually write badly and their grammar is poor. it is easy to spot.

GIRLS! This is a warning! Please be aware that there are some serious scammers on this site, whose only motive is to extract money from you somehow. You will be very tempted to believe all their lies. They are highly skilled at saying all the things a woman wants to hear. Their pictures are very attractive and their profile sounds like your ideal mate. Shortly after forming a connection with you, they will come up with some sob story and ask you to help them out with money in this "emergency".

It is sad that SCAMMERS still manage to lie and cheat their way into a womans (or mans) heart and then try to take them for anything and everything.  Be safe on this (or any) dating site.  If you think he/she is too good to be true it probably is.  Always listen to your gut feeling and NEVER EVER send money.  If they are sucessful (like they claim to be) then they should have plenty of money to pay for a hospital bill, lost passport, hotel room etc.  The excuses for money are endless......DONT BE FOOLED.
If you are chatting with a scammer be sure to save your converstaion and forward it to MMCounselor for review.  This site takes SCAMMERS very seriously and remove many every day.
NEVER EVER give anyone your email address, phone number, account information or real name.  Remember you are talking to this person over the internet and not in person.  BE SAFE AND USE YOUR COMMON SENSE PEOPLE.
Wishing everyone luck in their quest for love and happiness.
