Please don't put your son's photo on a web site. Not a smart move and not a safe move.
I would suggest that you take it down ASAP.

The UAE cannot help you, because it is out of their jurisdiction, and since your both are Lebanese citizens you both falls under Lebanese Law.
Since Lebanese Shia Law favors the man, you haven't got much choice.
You have to either live with it, or make contact with with your x-husband to work things out, perhaps on a sharing basis.

I wouldn't want to suggest, simply stealing your son back, because you may get in trouble with the Lebanese Law. If you did that, I presume it would be safer once you obtain UAE citizenship. Yet if UAE also has the same Shia law it be far to dangerous an undertaking.
I would inform myself if you can obtain somewhere free legal advice, and take that route. Good luck, I can feel your pain.
