There is a journey in being an entrepreneur. It is all about going through failure and bouncing back. Are you going to bounce back and take the chance to go to bat again, or let this failure stop you? If we look at the ultimate success stories, both personally and professionally, they all had to bounce back at one time or another.

Unfortunately most times the "successful" people magically forget to share all of their failures along the way, but we should know better. They've all been through them and so will we.

The biggest thing to know is to not take yourself out of the game. Go through the failures learn from them, have fun with them. They are lessons that can only teach us how to be greater success stories!!!

Get a good lawyer and accountant.
They will help you set up your books properly, set up the contracts with the models, tax planning, incorporation laws...all kinds of stuff you need to protect yourself from.
Insurance is another thing you'll need to have too.
It will be worth the money put out in the first place to do it right over trying to do everything yourself and scre*wing it up!
Good luck and welcome to the world of business ownership!
