Hi Everyone!

I found this pic of ARredneck and a few of his family/friends having a party in their Hot Tub. Anyone want to join them, lol? Nice Hot Tub Billy Bob!

Redneck Hot Tub

For some odd reason, this pic makes me want to sing, "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire......."

lol

Hey, who believes that's his real pic?

What is the cruise' destination(s)? Sounds like a perfect time for a getaway for me.

RI?! Oh boy, Saving grace, you'll be with sis, so whatever you do, I'm sure it will be fun.

Nah Red, just thought you might have some coconut cups...LOL!!

No, kids arent with their dad. I wear both hats. Hard sometimes but I put on my big girl pants and pull up my socks and keep a sense of humor!! My daughter is in grad school at John Hopkins and my son a Jr. AT UVM in Burlingotn , VT. My other guy is finding himself, haven't been able to talk him into college. He'd be a good business man, maybe just a late bloomer , I hope...LOL!

I am sure we will have the opportunity to meet one day...

I know exactly how you feel, bnb. With my ex in CA. and me moving back, it was very similar, only I did get summer's off. It surely isn't easy being both mom & dad.

My son is still finding himself too. Although he goes to school part-time....moving sl o leee.
Isn't this funny, he too has a strong mind for business and actually has a proven strength in sales. He came to me last night talking of a plan to move to CO., got to school and mentor with a friend's father who owns several car dealerships. I'd miss him terribly but it would be good for him and plus I'd have a western place to visit. I so miss the west.

Let's just remember: We make opportunities, so let's work something out to meet sometime soon.

Looks like AK.'s loss will become WI.'s gain, Unsnagged. I am planning on spending much of August in SE WI. Maybe our paths will cross again. One can always hope, can't they?

Izabel in Twin Lakes, WI. the last time we were there

Hey Unsnaggled...you must be excited! Returning to the land of the living! lol Well AK is living too, just very secluded living. One of these days I will take a trip up there. My parents and a few of my friends have done the trip and raved about it. I'll pack my strongest mosquito spray, because I know they grow them BIG there! lol

Sharp It is time, Alaska is beautiful but I sure do miss my family. Jobs come and go and there is nothing like having some kind of family around, will be great traveling though Canada, it is so beautiful...

Oh I hear you Red, a little R&R is just what I could use right now. I'd run to the ocean side first...nothing better than listening to the sound of waves and seagulls, feeling the sun basking on your face, sand between your toes....

Me too..only I'm afraid a little won't do it. I'm thinking of "retiring" and running off to be a tiki bar waitress where I can have the sound of waves, sun in my face, sand when I choose and surrounded by only happy people. As an every day life style. Or perhaps as Rob suggested in some thread a little R&R and just say yes for a long night. Maybe all the above. Hey, what are you up to over 4th of July?

Sounds like a grand idea RED!! Does the tikki bar waitress wear coconut cups..lol! Family pic for the fourth for me. Hopefully my kids will be back in town too!! So you might be body surfing Huh? LOL!! Hope all is well and ya get that much needed R&R sooner rather than later!!

You're either too funny or psychic...
I actually own a sea shell bathing suit top! I pretty sure I bought two because I would make my sister wear one with me, me being the shy one...I'll have to find it - got to be on the boat somewhere. It's hysterical! They came with a coconut drink cup too.

It's always so good when the kids return, isn't it? Well, good for you. I'm assuming they've been with their father. Have you noticed that your kids go through lots of emotional stuff after returning? I ask because my son did when he was younger. The pull between parents my guess. He was always happy to come home, but I could tell he was sad to leave his dad too.
Maybe it was just harder since his dad remained in CA.

Picnic - perfect time for food fight!

I'd just love to have you come down for a boating weekend sometime. We're just too close to not meet. Course, NYC is great too.

Oh my goodness, how beautiful Conner is!

Timing for a trip though is a bit off for me. The annual "Motown Shutdown" does not begin until 7/2, and before then it's a crazy time for me at work.

I need R&R so bad I'm counting minutes now.....Thanks for inviting me though.
Hope you all get lucky (lol...pun so not intended!) in all the ways you wish.

bnb, sharp, you have me rolling at 5:30 a.m....thanks!

Feels like episodes from "I love Lucy"!
(from the re-runs I've seen)....

Young, inexperienced at eating those darn crab legs in the shell..Had crab flying everywhere but my mouth! I've never ordered them again!

Okay, you'll own up to actually spewing milk (or some other liquid) from their nose laughing so hard?

Hey Blonde,
Look like you are MM's version of George Clooney maintaining an international harem of women to visit and play with..lol the envy of George Clooney I bet, since your connection runs from Fareast Malaysia, Spore , London, Calgary and all over USA..LMAO

Silence , silence..discretion is the better part of valour..never kiss and tell guys and gals. Repercussions are dire.

LA...George...(drooling in my dreams! lol) Well, one of these years! lol
Unlike gigi, I might turn into a wall flower!

HI guys and gals,
Well here in London like LA is a centre for celeb watching. Let's see, I use to bump into Prince Harry all the time at my son's school and he hung out with him and his cousin the princess Beatrice because they are in the girl school nearby. Then I sat right next to her at a play and her whole entourage together with her mum Fergie..here you see a lot of Royalties and Brit celebs on the street..saw Roger Moore, Judi Dench shopping in their favorite store, lunch in a restaurant and saw Collin Firth, the guy who starred in several films ..HUgh Grant use to live nearby, so does Madonna and Richard Branson and of course the famous writer of Harry Potter..the area I live in is often the location shoot for lots of films and my home has been a location too for a TV show..so I guess we are probably blase about celeb spotting. They are just ordinary folks doing a much publicised job or just famous for being royal thru birth or marriage..nothing much to show for really..

Hello Sharpie and everyone else,

No I am not a ghost...Just have been too busy to play...I need to make sure that MM is not charging me double...lol...

And someone must tell me what Habbity means....lol...
I will call you Sharpie!

Love to all,
Julia

It is a term of affection...

I think, Habibi and Habibity are the feminine and masculine forms (maybe visa versa) of "my love" in Lebanese ???

Hi BeautyNbrains4U,

Thanks sweetie for the lil note. I was not aware you enjoyed riding two wheels (motorcycles). They sure are allot of fun! I will have to e-mail you and we can discuss this subject further, as it is one of my favorite past times when ever I am in Los Angeles. Unfortunately I have not been able to ride my Harley this year yet, I have not been around Los Angeles long enough to enjoy it. The only thing my Harley has done this year is collect dust in my garage, and probablly it is lonely too, like me, lol. Well, talk to to you soon honey!

Well lil darlin'...lol..perhaps ya need to dust off that bike and find yourself a sweetie so neither one of ya's will be lonely!! But with all that traveling I suppose an extra, extra large suitcase might work too!! Look forward to your e mail so we can discuss the finer aspects of two wheeling!!

Women in SoCal don't ride motorcycles...

lol

P.S. Love the list!

Red love your new name fits so well... and woman ride Harleys bikes LMAO

thanks, eagle, bnb came up with it.
And here's to all women who enjoy a bike ride....it says something about their spirit - and that they're not afraid to muss up their hair!
