I met a man once who beleives being critical is 'not' critical ...I had to laugh, for all the leadership I have seen and developed are far from being harsh to be "leader" (versus being a micromanager..lol). To me, in seeing that kind of conduct leads only to the edge for a rough road in his path that lies ahead,if not,one from disrespect or domination. He wondered why he didnt get along with many..mmm? a connection here? As to my knowledge, and from the bible do not judge others (condemn), as they have their own judger (Yahooah). And as to how I have understood the correct appropriate teaching format it does not seem that people listen to insult, negative thinkers as to lead them,or desire negative feedback but use of positive directions(optimisim) for how a person should be , ie how to raise children ( to achieve healthy relationships). In that same mode he says he carries "no baggage".. How is that 'justified' irrationally or rationally? I have always learned and believed attitude and skills get to the goal. If one is critical and sharptongued to those who he had relationships with or to those he approaches or are around that could end in meeting, how does he/she get to his goal of having a great relationship for very long? What other options have worked other than finding another harsh sharp-tongued partner? I used love or more appropriate, tough love against such conduct to conquer in my family. Perhaps this sounds more like life as a dog in a dogfight world..hehe...sincerely I am asking, do they ever become truly fulfilled in a relationship or does their selfishness eventually just ruin every relationship??? Who has had to deal with or tolerated a relationship with sharptongued friends or partners...honestly, may I ask, has any one else ever seen another or work with them to became cognizant of the caustic behavior to willingly change it? ...Curious George.. I know my oldest daughter took until she was 20 to see the light and accept not to conform to such ways and that occurred only once she was away from such influences fora period of 2 years...what are your experiences on this? Suggestions?..I just moved on and perhaps when that guy falls in love he will change his ways and live new...

lol...I disagree. What do you lose in the short run if you win in the long run? Isnt the true cutting edge based on skills on actions not tongues???
