Okay, I think everyone has had enough of the fussing and fighting.... People have left, some by force, others by choice... It's time to accept the things we cannot change as well as what we would not wish to change...

AND LET'S HAVE FUN!!!!!!

So, I will pose a question here...

What do you enjoy doing for fun?

I must admit I am not an overly athletic individual, but I do enjoy climbing.

When I worked offshore for a brief period of time, I was the one to climb the mast on the vessel.

Light bulb needed changing, the mast needed to be painted, or if I just wanted to climb... UP I WOULD GO!

Well, that one time it wasn't fun... We were offshore and the bulb went out and I climbed the mast and a crew boat passed. I was at the top... and it started swaying!! A LOT!! I thought the mast was going to fall.. (Duh-- dumb blonde what can I say?)

I WAS SCARED!!!

But I enjoy climbing and have even done indoor rock climbing and outdoor climbing on a real rock.(only 75 ft.)

Hey, sorry... not the most intelligent blog of mine, but at least I'm trying to change the atmosphere here. ;-)

This is 58" in the air... I snapped a picture! Beautiful being on the water!

I envy anyone that goes skydiving!!!   I too am afraid of heights and diving would scare the crap out of me.

My daily enjoyment is when Max (my Chihuahua) takes me for a walk in the Nature Preserve.  Luckily , the preserve is 1 block from my house.  It always fascinates me to see deer and fox with their babies this time of year.  Mushroom hunting, picking flowers and painting are also a few of my favorites.

Welcome back to the blogs Hoping.....:)

I am not particularly scared of heights.  I have worked on scaffolds and roofs enough feet off the ground to be serious.  No room for stupidity.  Still, sky diving would scare the crap out of me too.

Hi Princess,

Hope your week went well, and you have a chance to pop in soon.

It's quite interesting to hear your take from an advertising angle with regards to the current dilemma here.

It may very well become the norm, or a cyclical phenomenon, only time will tell.  If the situation persists, then we will have to overcome the real thorn in the flesh, somehow.

Which of course is nothing more than the new rapid movement on page one.  Something that does not warrant complaining about, since the only negative aspect of it, is the interruption of our old creature habits, of page one's previously long exposure.

Perhaps we ought to focus on how best to keep interesting topics, in the forefront, for a reasonable time instead of getting bumped down rapidly.

That is going to be a tricky challenge, I'm afraid.

Dear SL ,

I know you have been doing a lot to solve the problems with the

Newbies and Selfies but it is sad to say that the fact is clear as

the water , that they are here to stay ..We have to accept it with teeth gnashing ..

Look , it happened after the changes were made last January

2016 ..Are you particular with the daily activities?? If not I will

tell you ..Before everything was there ..men and women are together in one place ..but then most of the women's activities

are gone, although now , any female member can make their comments.. so where to go with us ??!! According to Bepositive , the Site have sent them to the Forum but they preferred the Blogs , maybe because its easier to navigate  ...

As I have been telling you , the site had allowed them ..In other

words , " it is the Site's will " and no outsider ( Promo , ads etc.)

or anybody are involved ..

Sorry guys , it is my opinion based on my observation on the

flow of activities happened since the beginning of the year ..It

maybe right or maybe wrong but it is how I see things ..

Think about it SL and maybe we can make an arrangement with them or the site ..

HEY HEY EVERYONE----

packing to leave Sunday, but thought I would stop in and say HELLO....

HELLO!!!! ;-)

LADY DI---- Dancing is awesome and EXCELLENT EXERCISE!!! have you ever seen the Taylor Swift video on SHAKE IT OFF... Everyone makes fun of her b/c the girl can't dance... so she makes fun of herself. I did a spoof of that video at a bar a while back. It's funny. I was being silly and goofing around and I looked up and the bartender was filming me! LoL... hey, I even did "The Swim!" HA! That's a good song to lose some calories in!!!

BE+- An admirable feat you do, my dear! I follow you on the other social media and see the pics.. I have a GF that has 13 dogs currently to get rid of. Let me know if you ever want me to do flyers for you to assist with spreading the word. I never mind doing charitable work for good causes.

MISS MARY--- I had a childhood friend who would READ to her chickens in the chicken coop. Smartest dirty birds around town! LoL...

INSPECTOR---- No telling where these blogs will lead, but I concur. We need to keep some real topics alive. These self-promoting pictures are hilarious! One would think should MM be booting people off without explanation they would surely pay mind to the NON-blogs people are posting. I think half the world has lost a brain. DO THEY KNOW WHAT A BLOG IS???

The individuals that do this are only seeking exposure. Kind of like "toss enough spaghetti at the ceiling, something has to stick."

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!! I shall be traveling. I LOVE THE CAROLINAS, so I am looking forward to it! ;-)

INSPECTOR! I see you finally got the post to work!

Hope all is well your way! ;-)

Now about the "newbies with selfies..."

As a professional advertiser, I am amiss with much of what I see around here. Profiles with no information, PICTURES blasted all over the WRITING pages... I have even viewed pictures where some are sadly mistaken if they think they are looking "sexy." Everything from exposed bodies to mouth positioning that looks as if they just finished a porn shot. I think my most recent favorite was the gay guy wearing only jeans and he informed us of all the money he made seeing men. Not quite certain how profiles as this make it to fruition, yet other people get deleted by a complaint or two. Just goes to show things may not be any more proper in Canuck Land than it is here in the good ole US of A.

TOO MANY SCAMMERS!!! With the lack of intelligence that lingers around this place, it's no wonder why there are all these phony or ridiculous profiles, though. The numbers must reflect business for the advertisers, so I guess quantity rules over quality. They probably have the ads plugged all over the place to ensure they receive enough numbers so advertisers continue.

Now about this "lesbianism" you suffer from....

You been likin the girls, too!

hey, ROC says HELLO.... I must shut down, but wanted to say hello to you at least since your post finally went through. I will add more later. Been such a tremendously busy week ---- fell asleep while editing a client's blog last night. IT WA SONLY 9:00!!! HAHA.. Then I didn't get to bed until 2 and then awake at 4:30 and off and on sleep. Then up and GO, GO, GO!

Think I shall put some peppermint on my chest and stress away on my shoulders and call it a night.

Glad to hear you are doing okay. Talk soon!

HELLO to ALL-- -

My one passion in life is to save/transport rescued dogs.  I am one of a network of hundreds of people that transport abused, neglected and abandoned  dogs to their new foster homes or no kill shelters.

Every Saturday a group of people (in my area) transport 20 to 30 dogs to their new destinations to Canada or Northern Ohio and Michigan.   Most are transported from Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia.  These dogs practically jump into our arms when we arrive, it is as if they know they are being rescued.  All of us are volunteers and love every minute with these dogs.

I hope the next time you decide to get a furever family member that you decide on a rescue dog rather than a purchase from a pet store.  Pet store dogs are usually from puppy mills with horrible conditions.

All of my dogs have been rescues and you cant ask for a more unconditional  love!!!

Happy tails everyone......:)

Here is a fun selfie:

BEPOSITIVE ,

Chapeau !  You are doing a noble job ...and Im glad you can

help those poor and unlucky animals and give them love .. For

sure you are getting back love from them in their own ways ..

I also love animals ..I grew up with dogs , cats , chickens , pigs

and a Turtle who stayed with us until it died ...my brother and

me had taken responsibilities to take care of them and manage them thats why I know that animals say thank you

without words ..

Awww...bepositive!  What an awesome puppy.  She looks like a corgi with short hair.  Love it!!  I very much admire people who donate their time, love and money to unfortunate animals.  I can't understand why some get a pet and then don't fulfill the responsibility of ownership.

Having had animals all my life, dogs, cats, horses and even a cow or two....I get it.  I am so lonely for a dog, but with all I am dealing with, I have to wait.  Nevertheless, I continuously peruse the rescue sites.  Someday I hope to find a mid-sized red...or black golden doodle.  Keep your eyes open for me.  :))

Dance, Dance, Dance!!  Any kind!!!  My favorite is C&W or Ballroom. There is nothing more fun to me then being twirled in a wonderful man's arms.

Right now, I am simply mad about the new Sia song: Cheap Thrills. It will likely soon be in my music library.

Oooh Good !, ... Now I don't have to lose anymore sleep, worrying about your whereabouts, late at night.

Nice little comeback blog, but I think you could have done better with a more serious topic.

Something like " Blue-Ice ", for example, ... Since you're into heights, flying through the air, and all that fun stuff that can make some wanna poop.

Admittedly, we're not all that brave like you.

To Answer your question, ... The list is a long one, albeit filled with the usual nerdy, and or geeky hobbies for mediocre pastimes, some may call fun.

For Real Fun, I flirt with all the Ladies.  Especially since I recently discovered, that I'm No longer A Cowboy, but a Lesbian instead !.

That ani't funny folks, it's quite real if you think deeply.

Pardon my being candid, but there ya go,... Princess.

On a more serious note, if I may.  The issue of ' newbies with selfies ', is certainly no coincidence from what I observe.  It appears to be, a publicity / promotion of sorts, perhaps included with certain cell phone services, and or ' app ' subscriptions.

Case in point, a blog titled ' Good Spirits ', posted on May 27, 2016.  It may also account for the consistent large picture size.  In addition, the newbies almost never respond to any comments or questions, but usually flee after their one cell phone induced blog.

It seems that the solution, is to find the source, and go from there.

**  S L **

PS.  Love the yoga for wine lover's poses.  No high-flying blue-ice there !.

Hope, I wouldn't say dominate.  I like to see them, my g'kids, at least once a week.  Don't always manage.  They do ok on B'Days and Christmas.  Not too extravagant.  I coordinate all gifts with their Mom.  She tells me when it is time for something special like a new bicycle.  Not an everyday thing.  Their paternal Grandmother takes care of fancy dresses.  After raising four boys’ she deserves to.  Likely better at it anyhow.

Hi JUTTA ,

Yeah , its a good idea to meet with other bloggers in the

future ...I think it will be fun ..

After the long and happy years abroad with my late husband

I decided to reside and stay in Munich which I considered my 2nd home.. Hildesheim is known to me but I was not yet there ..I understand how you feel about the German cuisine  and the wine ...I have to admit they are really good  ..I have learned to cook and treasure them as well as the Austrians ...You can just imagine , my taste have change and became a mixture of 3 sorts ..

A friend of mine and me have accustomed to Dine out 2x a

month just to eat German specialties ..specially " Spätzle "

although I can cook it ...Don' t you cook them anymore ?? I think all the ingredients could be found too in the USA ..

Mary,  Munich is a beautiful city!!!  Since my parents and husband died I have not cooked much German food.  Hard to cook for 1 but when I do cook it is usually sweet and sour red cabbage, potatoe pancakes and roulade.  I am hoping to visit the mother land this fall.......just in time to see the Christmas marketplatz.

Gentlebreeze.............I love the new profile photo!!!

Born, nice to see you chime in, always enjoy your posts.  Wonder where SL is these days, he has been in hiding.

Miss Mary-

I have walked for over a week now.. Not long.. just a half hour each evening.. but consistency is key.

I only missed one evening. Had a huge migraine the other night, but it's been about a week. Trying to drink more water.. ICK!!

I have done Yoga a few times over the past couple of months. I need to go back. My schedule is so demanding right now. It's actually good for me to be on MM again, as I would only sit at computer and WORK 24/7. i lack a real social life other than the business women I engage with.

Tennis is excellent exercise! I want you to look up a song and dance to it... (after you watch the video) It's called SHAKE IT OFF by Taylor Swift. It's fast paced and will get that heart pumping!)

Hey, here was me at my last yoga Glass... I mean Class... ha!

HOPING ,

Thanks for the demo pictures on Yoga ..I think I can do it only I have to do some balance acts and warm ups ..Oh you should

hear my Dance music " SWING "..even the young Package delivery guy have dance outside the door ...I do it 2x a week for

30 min...
