Okay my peeps! I finally did it! I am trying to be more open minded with dating, and this man keeps popping up when I go view winks etc.. (He hasn't winked, but his profile is always at the bottom.)

I see his pictures are dated and he is 60? but looks far younger than an average 60 year old.....

So I see this vision of "sexiness" I keep staring at, so I finally caved!!

He is many states away.. But none the less, I bit the bullet and

I WINKED!

No, I still would not write a man initially...

I do feel strongly that is a man's place..

BUT... I stepped outside da box at least!

Oh and even more so...

He's Latin... Now I am really out of the box! (I'm usually only attracted to white men.)

OH! And he has facial hair?? (I dont usually do that either... but this man is H-O-T!! LOL)

Umm..l Do we use that word when we are middle aged?

WoW!! My mid life crises has gone full force! LoL..

So ladies, I ask you...

How often do you wink at men?

And what has been your experience?

Holy Mackerel !,..... Is this a Trick or Treat to see Windy?.

Yes it is that day again, and certainly the ' Greatest Treat ',  to hear from you Dear Windy.  You have been missed, and I speak for myself but feel other old timers in blog-sphere will agree.

I never knew that rats had a " hairy ass ",.... but then agian,  I have never had the chance to look at one close up.  Or perhaps the ones in Minnesota do.... ha,ha.

Now do not disappear again, for only you have the wisdom to tell it like it is,....  without ' blowing in the wind ‘.

Hugs,

Nice to be missed, SL. Just haven't had all that much time to be online to play. I've been doing a lot of research concerning several things I have in the fire right now. Two of these are...hopefully...close to achieving results. I pop on from time to time to check out the blogs, but most of the old timers are missing. We should get some of the fun blogs started again.

Maybe not so strange that I show up on Halloween, and for your information...rats DO have hairy little asses; it's their tails that are naked...grin. Had a lot of pet rats...and snakes, toads, bats, lizards, etc. growing up...wink. Still love the little critters, but now I'm down to dogs, cats, parrots, donkeys, a llama and miniature horses. We'll be moving to my new farm in the Chilcotin of British Columbia soon...if things work out as planned. Getting too crowded around these parts and I crave the wilderness.

I'll try to visit a bit more in the future. Feel free to write if the urge strikes. Hope has my address.

The picture below is Shaman at three hours old. He was 17 inches at the withers in this picture...his mama is 32".

Good for you, JL...you've finally come full circle...grin. While I don't wink at men on here (not looking for a match...just friends) I wink at men all the time just for the hell of it. Flirting is fun...for both parties, and the good feelings you both take away is worth it. Been tellin' you for years girlfriend, just break down and ask a guy out if you're interested in him. The worst that can happen is that he says no....the best would be he says yes...and even the in-between, where you just become good friends, enriches both of your lives. There's a huge difference between coming on as controlling and coming on as just very interested in seeing where things go.

One of the nicest things about getting older is that I find I really don't give a rat's hairy ass what people I don't know think about me. I'm true to my family and friends, live the life I love, am no longer afraid of failing when I chase my dreams, and am much more open to trying new things and accepting what life throws at me on it's own terms.

Take the plunge...ask the guy out. If he IS the one, you may never know if you don't try. Maybe he's shy. Many very strong men go weak in the knees when they see a woman that really turns them on. Being friendly isn't necessarily being forward, you know...grin.

Trying for something you want and not getting it isn't failing. Failing is not having tried at all. I'm proud of you for that wink.

SHE'S BACK!!! SHE'S BACK!!!!!!

HELLO WINDY!!!

No, I would never ask a man out. I do not find that appropriate. (at least not for me.)

If a man is too shy to approach me.... ESP AFTER I SHOW INTEREST.......

HE IS NOT FOR ME!!!!

Men I am attracted to are self confident and don't need encouragement.

Further, I would not wish to put any man on the spot. Men put me on the spot ALL THE TIME... and I hate it... Men I look at and think,,,, REALLY??? Do you think I would want you kissing me when I have stated how PHYSICAL ATTRACTION is imparative? (I make no apologies for STILL wishing for a physical attraction.) I may be getting older and I am not the tiny size 3 anymore and my wrinkles are arriving.... BUT---- I am not 100 years old nor am I seeking to attract men out of my physcial league or age.

If a man is not attracted to me, I do not take offense to it. Therefore the last thing I would want is to make him feel pressured or uneasy if I sense an attraction and he does not. I hold no doubt that man had to have seen my pictures.. Why torture him OR me??

I MUST CALL YOU SOON! IT HAS BEEN SOME TIME NOW!! I HAVE MUCH TO TELL YOU! Working on a website now for a Blind Association... I had a Halloween special...Site for $666!! Bwahahahaha

TALK SOON GIRLFRIEND!! XO

ENGLAND IS WAY TOO FAR TO TRAVEL MY DEAR!!!

But possibly what really got his motor purring was when I told him I believed in dragons and I was getting married in a castle..  ;-)

Now I cetainly did not wish to scare him off before our eyes ever met, so I decided to forego the announcement of the wedding date! You know. I'z shmart like dat!

Soooooo.. ANYWHO....

I told him the wedding colors were red and black too, I think, but didn't tell him his little vixen would be in a red wedding dress...

How do you think this will look on me?

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Hey Fishy,

No not Liv, but if I  do go I'd definitely pay her a visit.  I took RMac's advice and started communicating with a yonger lady (21) that had emailed me.  She liked one of my comments on the blogs.  It has been quite a experience, to say the least.  Use your imagination and then multiply by ten.  It might not be good for us to meet in person.  I'm not sure she could keep up anyway. I hope she reads this and tries harder. :)

RMac, if you are reading this, I've figured it out.  I ran into a 18 year old the other night.  She paid me a compliment without even knowing it.  Bottom line, these women have no idea how old I  am.  LOL. And when they find out, they don't seem to care.  My mind has been going to some fun, but bad places lately.  It seems all these young women are obsessed with 50 shades of Grey.  I guess Diana finally cracked me, why should I stop women from living out there fantasy?  Whatever turns them on, I aim to please. :)

Whatver you have figured out let me in on it.  : - )

Thanx Hoping! I don't actually know what I'll be doing after this life, but I have to observe problem-solving from this world's view. All of the old Prophets knew GOD/ The LORD Personally, and led multitudes by GODs LAWS. Certainly, There is a difference in demeanor from home, and the street, Today, and it has looked Laodicean  for more, than 30-60 years. The Pope wants women to flip beads for the SIN of NEEDLESS ABORTION. The last of the Philidelphian Generation is dying daily. This includes the Baby Boomers.

I overviewed 911 on my daughters FB page, including how WT7 Freefell. She replied," Thanx Dad for teaching me to QUESTION EVERYTHING...So, Out of the box is a way of life for some!!! (:LV1

Spare the tears my dear.  It's impossible to feel rejection by someone who doesn't exist in the real world.  It violates the The Second Law of Thermodynamics having to do with Entropy, believe me. I know this cr*p.

If I'd fly to Engand, then I could meet someone this week. :(

I'm sure, that cake pic really got the guy turned on... he may just marry you, out of fear.  I've seen that pic before, it's just morbid.

Oh yes, the 80's...great time... a lot of working out going on.  Well, I'll be back in the gym very soon with a vengeance.  Recently a young woman on this site has enhanced my libido and motivation.  So it's time to get back on course.  I've been tired of the way life has been going for some time.  I feel pressure to find someone and get married...seems that many women on this site have their cut-off age at 45.  But I've also found that some women are okay with breaking their age requirements.  Probably based on the guy, how young he looks/acts, his attitude, and financials.

Good luck HOPE, I hope the "someone" you are meeting is a love interest and not your hair stylist. :-)  Remember, always start a work out slowly.

~~ INSPECTOR!!! ~~

YOU..  A SEX CHANGE..

I HIGHLY DOUBT IT!!!

I guess I did directly ask the ladies how they felt.. (I was in the moment of feeling awkward.)

But you know I always welcome everyone's views..

Monday morning eh? it is now Tuesday afternoon and I am still lost...

So, SL.. how do you feel when women wink at you? Do you always respond?

Do you even look at them?

I rarely even bother looking at winks.. When I do it is by accident.

Guys? Go ahead.. You know I enjoy everyone's opinions..

On another note INSPECTOR....

I'M IN CHARGE OF THE CHAMPAGNE.. MC has the CAMPAIGN...

I need to drink a bit after being wounded with the shot of rejection.

**  Princess Hope **

That was just a 'brain box' thing my dear.  Do not worry, my bows and arrow are all intact.  Although at times, I do have the urge to dance like a cheer-leader now.

To answer your question regarding Winks,...  I have a fair share of them from all sorts of women. As a courtesy, I always respond to acknowledge each one of them.  Often times their profile no longer exists. ?.

Some have become good cyber friends, while a handful blossomed into dates. Both good and bad.

As with all other facets of inter-net dating, Winks are a crap-shoot so don`t let it get you down.

The blogs are a saviour with solid friends whom I am grateful for, or I would not be here.  Should I meet a seriously honest companion, she will have to allow my periodic continuance here.  For I believe true old friends, like good old books, ... are priceless.

Hugs,
