So the last couple of days I was away with a class at my school on an outdoor activity trip. A huge responsibility but turned out to be a brilliant adventure. You get to see the children in a completely different light. We did orienteering, mountain biking, a loch walk, a visit to Linlithgow Castle and a canal barge ride. Linlithgow is such a pretty town with some amazing views. The mountain biking was a lot of fun. Actually considering buying myself one. So will definitely volunteer to do something like this again.

On the food side of things. Yuk! However, the kids ate it. I just lost a bit of weight. lol

Quoting Dakota35:

Why did I never get a field trip that cool?  I want to be a kid again...whine, whine.

DAK - You are effortlessly funny, aren't you?

Sarah - What an adventure, indeed. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. My son could not stop talking about his recent school trip to Brooklands Museum - the birthplace of British motorsport & aviation and the home of Concorde.

Thanks for sharing Sarah.

Liv.
