Living a long life is a great gift! Why not gift yourself!


I am nutrition counselor and a license esthetician and would like to share some helpful tips that may increase or optimize your health and longevity. 


A. Drink more water, you hear this all the time but it is key to removing toxins from the body. (toxins are found everywhere even in the food we consume.)


B. Incorporate more fish in your diet, great for your memory wonderful for combating wrinkle


Refrain from the word diet and simply eat, more veggies and fruits into your life.


C. Less meat live longer; University studies show too much meat consumption; doesn't have a positive impact on optimizing health.


D. Eat less sugar


E. Find  a good mate. People who have mates tend to live longer according to some studies. (As long as it isn't a complainer or nag, lol; the adverse effect may apply)

F. Walk at least 15 min a day every little bit counts towards a healthy heart.


G. Create a stress-free environment, I strongly believe stress reduces life span.


H. volunteer help those who are in need, you surely will feel great when you are helping others as oppose to focusing on the self. Be a cheerful giver!


I. Pray or meditate


J, Tell jokes and laugh, laugh laugh!


K. Cross world puzzle yourself, to support brain exercise.


L.  Spread Love, love, love

GREAT Points VIBRANT... 

 

67% of Americans are FAT or OBESE.... 

 

We ALL need to exercise and eat properly... 33% are "thin" and half of that are "thin, but NOT in shape".. 

 

Count me in the latter.. 

 

WE ALL HAVE WORK TO DO!

Dakota 35, it is good you are in the know about supplements that will optimize well being.

Don't forget to include plenty of water and the calulation of the amount should be contingent upon your WT.

I agree, but I don't always practice all, though I should.

 

 

HGH, CJC1295/no dac, ipamorelin, French Pine Bark, resveratrol, Astragalus extract (TA-65, cycloastragenol, TA98) to lengthen telomerase.  There are others but those are some of the more potent.
