Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Heart only good for so many beats, and that it... Don't waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap.

Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?

A: Oh no. Wine made from fruit. Brandy distilled wine, that mean they take water out of fruity bit so you get even more of goodness that way. Beer also made of grain. Bottom up!

Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have body and you have fat, your ratio one to one.. If you have two body, your ratio two to one.

Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of single one, sorry. My philosophy: No pain...good!

Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?

A: YOU NOT LISTENING! Food fried in vegetable oil. How getting more vegetable be bad?

Q
: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Oh no! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only be doing sit-up if you want bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: You crazy?!? HEL-LO-O!! Cocoa bean! Another vegetable! It best feel-good food around!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming good for figure, explain whale to me.

Q: Is getting in shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is shape!

Well... I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

AND.....

For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans...

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Quoting JulyMorning:

See? R*y, I told you you were one of those rare men whom we (REAL ladies) didn't have to work too hard to figure you out! Oh, please, ....please, do not take that green shirt off!... Kiddin' aside

Curious, no idea if you and I are right or wrong, yet I believe HE is a true sweetheart!

Just saw, this, July. You and I are right. Ray IS a great guy. I've never met him in person, I've never been on chat with him, I've never texted with him or Skyped with him. Nevertheless, over the course of a couple of years on here, I KNOW. Ray is a great guy. Get moving ladies who live anywhere near him. You are definitely letting a GOOD ONE go by. You know what you all are saying to your girlfriends: "The good ones are always married." Well, this good one isn't. So--GET MOVING!!! Snap him up before some of us desperate oldsters who know how to appreciate a GOOD GUY when we see him decide to go cougar.

Ray--just noticed this one. Even blushing you'd look loveable indeed. [Sorry if I did it again, Ray. Heck--no I'm not. I just can't understand why one of a thousand women on here, non-scammers, haven't scooped you up and taken you home with them, never to let you escape. Must be that we don't have any really smart, savvy women around your age on here right now. What say you, ladies? Am I right? Am I wrong?

Yeah, well maybe the body; I don't know. But, folks, round sure ain't the shape of his legs. And legs "is" a pretty good indication of every thing else. CG won a BEST LEGS ON MM contest a while back, a long while back before most of you bloggers were on here. He's not only smart and witty and handsome--he's got knees to die for!!! ROFLMAO

@NGL I do appreciate the kind words. But in being very candid with you outside one or two words not really fluent in any other languages in fact I still struggle a great deal with english, NOW, it seems clear why, english, should come with a warning from the Surgeon General.

Italian? French? Greek? Norwegian? Whatever, let us know if this rather expensive program works. I'd love to learn Italian. LMAO

C'est la vie. LOLOLOL I say that only because I don't know how to say the same in any of the languages you've mentioned, Ray. Funny post indeed. Thanks so much. Me, I'm off to fry up a hamburger [REAL BEEF!!!!!] with fresh onions, crushed real live garlic, red wine to deglaze the pan, and a chunk of a Italian bread to mop up the remains. Oh, and fresh green onions just cause they're so yummy. GREAT POST, FRIEND. Thanks so much.
