To answer your question, I think it is a combination of both, basic raw talent and learning.
Speaking from a woman's perspective, there are some men so clumsy that no matter how much you communicate, you can't teach it. However, having said that, I do think it is possible for a man to learn great skills if he desires to learn. Men that truly like women are typically very interested in sex….and will want to have great sex. They will read books, talk to friends (especially women friends) and watch how the men on soap operas kiss! *wink* lolol
I don't know much about the male point of view...but from a female perspective...it is the man that sort of sets the agenda. If he serves it up right, I think generally….. women like it ALL!!

It may be a learning/teaching opportunity, but it is possible that it is just not the One. Prime means choice, but choice is not always the juciest cut.

Sure, there are skills we can learn. Hopefully, I know a few tricks now that I didn't know at 18. Practice makes.......well...the need for more practice. :):)
But the expressions of our bodies are a very personal thing. At what point do we cease being helpful teachers and become egotistical controllers who want it done 'our way?' It may really be that I am the square peg attempting to fit the round hole (no pun intended), instead of vice versa. What to one man is a woman's wonderful expression of enthusiasm might be be the next guy's "OMG, she's a wh*re!" (and not in the good way.) :):)
Truly, LOVE can bridge most of these gaps.
But sometimes it just can't. Sometimes the square peg does not fit, no matter the amount of vaseline. Sometimes there really is an echo (I only know this from other guys anectdotes, of course.):):) Sometimes he really is a slow jazz beat, and she is heavy metal. You can adjust the melody or the beat, but it's never gonna be right.
