Hold on Bill I tried that, it didn't work. What you didn't like my whip lol

You are correct Rose. It was your whip. It clashed with my shirt. The saddle was little bit too tight as well. LOL...

I am very easy. Just get out your whip, throw a saddle on me and attach a bridle. I will follow you anywhere. LOL...

That's horse racing, Rose. He will need a good break. The #1 post is still the shortest distance to the finish line. The 2nd favorite is starting from the far outside. Lookin At Lucky has overcome adversity before. In an earlier race he stumbled badly but still managed to pull off a win. You need a good horse, a good jockey and and some good luck to win a race like this. I just hope we are "Lookin At Lucky." We will just have to wait and see. I haven't done much handicapping since my high school days. Back then we would cut out of last period study hall and head for the "BIG A" (Aqueduct) to catch the 8th and 9th races. They didn't charge for admission that late in the day. If you are going to play the ponies best to do it when you are young and don't have a whole lot of money to lose...

Bill what's the news over there now that lookin at lucky drew the unlucky post position #1?Lookin at lucky has had traffic trouble in previous races, and with the #1post lucky is going to have 19 horses to his outside, all of which will be fighting to get over towards the rail heading into the first turn.In order to avoid getting boxed in Jockey Garrett Gomez  may have  to ask him for more run early on in the race and that might compromise his chances of winning.Lookin for lucky was the 3/1 favorite by Churchill Downs odds maker Mike Battaglia, but the draw prabally makes him more of a 5/1 to 6/1.Add to that A 60 percent chance of rain. The odds will do another turnover.  Any inside scoops you care to share??Please share we promise we won't tell anyone :-)

What a thrill for the Jaimster.  Heck, I'd be thrilled.  I've never been to the Kentucky Derby, but I've always thought it looked like one of the old-fashioned "classy" events left.

Do the women still dress up and wear gloriously outrageous spring hats?

I hope your Looking At Lucky wins, Bill.
