I have been watching and wondering where the money is going. Investors are pulling out of Asian stocks,Russian stocks, European stocks, selling the dollar. For some reason I think some of the money will start flowing into US stocks but we will see. At the moment, I don't know where it is going except into banks as cash. One thing is clear, no one knows what to do.

Love ur Stories..... Some group is trying to create an oligopoly. Most of what happened in the US is orchestrated for a reason or another ..... It just seems iffffyyyyyy when major players collapse in 2 months ....and what about those economists and analysts ...are u telling me they are allll stupid and did not see anything in the economic trend a year ago????????????????? I don't believe this one bit. Oh well that's simply my common sense working...... DON'T ASK WHO IS TRYING TO CONTROL the major players....because if I knew, I wouldn't be writing this now. Cheers

And here's a thought regarding the redistribution of wealth flurry....economics is complex, and I certainly do not profess to be an economics major, but if you penalize those people who build businesses and create jobs and create a society that believes the government will supply them with an income for doing nothing, human nature eventually predicts that those who DO work and create jobs will stop. With less and less taxes being paid to the government through busines taxes, payroll taxes, corporate real esate taxes, social security taxes, etc., how is the government going to ensure anyone an income? There won't be any wealth to "spread around". As a small business owner, if the socialist views that are being suggested are actually implemented, I will either shut down or move to another country. And the sad issue about that, is that I will eleiminate 150 jobs from my community. The government can't tell us who have taken the risks, paid the sweat equity, invented the ideas, worked 80 hours a week for years, treated our employees like family, supported our community, supported many charities, that what we have done isn't "fair", and all we have worked for must be shared with others who have not sacrificed at all. As far as the North American Union.....well, we can't even keep NAFTA in place!!! Unions in this country won't support it....so until the unions are busted, that idea is a pipe dream. And on our Constitution... it gives us all, right this minute, the right to have the conversations we are having...tear it down and a blog will be in the same category as 8 track tapes.

Who's going to turn the lights off when Obama bin Biden link arms with Reid and Pelosi. we will be as close to a totalitarian regime as we have ever been. Pelosi herself is among the richest members of Congress with a net worth north of $20M. Her vineyard alone is estimated to be worth between $5-20M.

VL you should stick to giving advice on things you actually know something about. Like alien authors, surviving without eating food, the monster snake invasion, and other important issues. Let us common folk worry about silly things like our government, and financial issues. I think it breaks some Urantia guideline to believe in earning your own way and being paid money for doing it.

Great post dvb, and so true. Who will work that hard and take those high risks if most of the profit is going to be taken away. Communism taught us that in spades.

I read the other day that in order for the countries overseas to keep gas prices (per barrel) up they cut the jobs of several employees.. Everything is just getting ridiculous.
