Blog title: WAKE UP AMERICA!
Blog description: I'm very troubled that we have so many gullible people in this country! And it seems that its gotten worse since the election. I've never been one to look for a handout from anyone. If I want something I work for it. I do not believe in entitlements and success should not be punished. If you want unemployment and welfare to continue to rise keep punishing those successful people/companies who provide job for thousands upon thousands of people. America wake up! We are loosing our country!

American People Posted on Sat, Jan 16, 2010 11:59

You see the real character of a person when a crisis happens. And we the American people are loving and compassionate. If the government would get out of the way and let us take care of our own think how much better things would be.

This morning I saw President Obama along with President Bush and President Clinton letting the American people know that a website strictly for donations for the people of Haiti was being set up and the latter two presidents were going out and seeking donations. I was struck by what Bush and Clinton said. President Bush praised the American people for great spirit and Clinton mentioned the government. Wow!

I know Bush got the ball rolling with alot of the things that went on with the economy, but I do miss his sincerity and tender heart. He's never faked his emotions and concern when something devastating has happened either here on home soil or abroad. I really miss that. You can't have a cold heart and be a good president in my humble opinion.

Boys I have another question for you Posted on Tue, Dec 29, 2009 22:06

Men love sexy arm pieces. That seems to be a reflection on some of you and your sexual abilities/appetites. The younger the woman the hotter you are in bed? Or is it the younger the woman the more money you have? *L* Whatever!!!What if you really connected and had tons of stuff in common with a woman online, on this site, who turned out to be like me....pleasing plump. (You'd have to read a previous blog)  Would you have the balls to take her/me out in public to meet your "millionaire" friends?

Some might say I have a self esteem problem because I'm dwelling on this "pleasing plump" thing. Trust me, I don't. There are lots of women out here who are successful...women who carry themselves well...have great careers and yet, because they don't meet the criteria of what society or magazines deem sexy or desirable, they don't fit in.

What are your thoughts?

What makes a woman a cougar? Posted on Sat, Dec 26, 2009 19:06

Yes I am pleasingly plump and some women in here have just flat out called me a fat old woman. You'll be my age one day girls! *L* How many times have you been called a cougar? Once upon a time I was referred to as a MILF.
So gentlemen please share! This has potential of being a lot of fun!

Global Warming/Climate Change my A$$! Posted on Mon, Dec 07, 2009 14:49
What a bunch of freaking hypocrites! Did you see how many planes and limos are going to be poluting the air in Copenhagen? And have you seen the new commerical about polar bears falling from building? Rather reminiscent of the Towers in NYC wouldn't you say? Those people need to get a damn life! I'd like to throw their asses off the same building! I wonder if that would get the state run medias attention??? Get a load of the following story! An innocent young girl rises from her bed in a dry, barren wasteland and watches as an earthquake violently splits the land around her, while a tornado rips apart a metropolis far in the distance. A tidal wave rushes toward her, and she jumps to a tree branch with no time to spare, avoiding a horrific death. She awakens from her nightmare, screaming in fear, and then solemnly implores the viewer, Please help the world. This exploitative video from the environmental left shockingly debuted yesterday at the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference and is likely the first of many assaults on the senses employed to gin up support for a global climate treaty that would lead to an even more apocalyptic end for the U.S. economy.Yesterday, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) declared carbon dioxide to be a dangerous pollutant under the Clean Air Act, granting itself authority for an enormous, unprecedented regulatory undertaking that would greatly expand the EPAs power. Because 85 percent of the U.S. economy operates on fossil fuel, the EPA would essentially have the ability to regulate every aspect of life in America and it would be able to enact draconian climate-change policies without any accountability to American voters. The message to Congress is crystal clear: get moving. If Congress does not pass legislation dealing with climate change, the administration is more than justified to use the EPA to impose new regulations.
Rush and the St Louis Rams Posted on Wed, Oct 14, 2009 09:18
Rush has been taking a lot of hits since he was asked to become partner in buying the St. Louis Rams. I'm going to reserve the right to voice my opinion. What say you?
Damn I wish! Posted on Fri, Oct 02, 2009 20:00
I had as many men looking at my profile as I do women! What's up with that? I've seen some beautiful women on the site if they are really them in the picture. Guess we'll never know?

You Know You're From California If Posted on Thu, Aug 06, 2009 14:26
1. Your co-worker has 8 body piercings and none are visible. 2. You make over $300,000 and still can't afford a house. 3. You take a bus and are shocked at two people carrying on a conversation in English. 4.. Your child's 3rd-grade teacher has purple hair, a nose ring, and is named Flower. 5.. You can't remember . . is pot illegal? 6. You've been to a baby shower that has two mothers and a sperm donor. 7. You have a very strong opinion about where your coffee beans are grown, and you can taste the difference between Sumatran and Ethiopian. 8. You can't remember . . is pot illegal? 9. A really great parking space can totally move you to tears. 10. Gas costs $1.00 per gallon more than anywhere else in the U.S. 11. Unlike back home, the guy at 8:30 am at Starbucks wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses who looks like George Clooney really IS George Clooney. 12. Your car insurance costs as much as your house payment. 13. You can't remember . . is pot illegal? 14. It's barely sprinkling rain and there's a report on every news station: "STORM WATCH.." 15. You pass an elementary school playground and the children are all busy with their cells or pagers. 16. It's barely sprinkling rain outside, so you leave for work an hour early to avoid all the weather-related accidents. 17. HEY!!!! Is pot illegal???? 18.. Both you AND your dog have therapists, psychics, personal trainers and cosmetic surgeons. 19. The Terminator is your governor. 20. If you drive illegally, they take your driver's license. If you're here illegally, they want to give you one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isn't the point of the Democrats' push to reform the health care system based on establishing health care as a right? That's what the politicians say of course. But in reality the result will be the exact opposite. Part of the problem is that most Americans don't understand what a right is. A right is not a guarantee that the government (i.e., other people) will provide you something for free. We have the right to engage in religious expression, but that doesn't mean that the government pays for the construction of the church. We have the right to peacefully assemble, but the government doesn't promise to supply your transportation. You have the right to keep and bear arms, but don't expect the government to provide you with a free firearm and bullets. You have the right to free speech, but the government won't grant you free radio or TV air time. What makes something a right is not whether the government can force somebody else to pay for it. What defines something as a right is whether the government can or cannot prohibit you from doing it. (President Obama notoriously called these "negative liberties".) If the government can't stop you from doing it, then it's a right. We have a right to religious expression because the government is prohibited from suppressing that expression. We have the right to assemble because the government must allow us to do so. We can speak freely because the government cannot censor us. Nor can the government take away law-abiding citizens' firearms. The House of Representatives' health care bill would give the federal government control over what kind of health care you will have access to. Private alternatives to the government plan will become economically unviable, leaving the government plan as a de facto monopoly. Because the Democrats are promising universal health care, demand for health care will skyrocket. Because they also promise to control costs, doctors will leave the system and seek more profitable lines of work elsewhere. The result of increased demand and decreased supply means one thing: rationing. In order to distribute scarcer and scarcer health care resources to larger numbers of patients, the government will have to determine who to treat and who to turn away. By adopting any such rationing scheme, the government is implicitly assuming the power to prohibit people from receiving health care. Some people will have to wait and suffer for months to be treated. Others, based on what the government determines according to cost and other factors such as how old you are, will be denied certain medical procedures out right. This prohibition -- whether temporary or permanent -- is a de-facto infringement on the individual right to health care. Some may argue that current private insurance plans ration access to health care as well. Yet this is nothing more than justifying bad behavior by pointing out other bad behavior. The American health care system certainly needs to be reformed. This isn't the way to do it.
You Will Not Believe This! It's Appalling! Posted on Wed, Jun 17, 2009 15:34
CONCORD, NH?Less than two weeks after legalizing gay marriage in the state, New Hampshire legislators enacted a new law Tuesday making it mandatory for persons over the age of 60 to attend three same-sex weddings every year for the rest of their lives. "Beginning July 1, all senior citizens must publicly condone gay unions by RSVPing to the rainbow-colored invitation, putting on nice church clothes, and spending an afternoon celebrating the wedded bliss of two men or two women who like to have sex with each other," bill H.B. 437 read in part. "Any grandparent who refuses to weep joyously when the grooms kiss may be subject to harsh penalties." Gay marriage advocates are already protesting the new statute, which they say unlawfully forces homosexuals to have gross old people at their weddings

An Abortionist vs American Soldier Posted on Wed, Jun 03, 2009 16:34
Has anyone noticed that the baby killer has gotten more attention in the media than the American soldier that was killed and another soldier wounded? The president castigated the man who shot the abortionist. Yet a soldier was killed Monday and he has yet to mention it. He could have yesterday when he introduced John McHugh as the Secretary of the Army. But did he? No! (Since I posted this opinion, last night at 9:30PM a very weak comment was made by the president)
Obama throws himself under the bus! Posted on Sat, May 16, 2009 17:44
President Obama, is calling current deficit spending 'unsustainable,' warning of skyrocketing interest rates for consumers if the US continues to finance government by borrowing from other countries. He said we can't keep on just borrowing from China. We have to pay interest on that debt, and that means we are mortgaging our children?s future with more and more debt. Holders of US debt will eventually get tired of buying it, causing interest rates on everything from auto loans to home mortgages to increase. It will have a dampening effect on our economy. Well you dumb ass stop spending! Quit wrecking our country by taking over everything! But he has to keeping taking over stuff to have total control and power! That is the aim of the Progressive/ultra liberal left wing! Get ready folk interest rates are about to go sky high! And now they are talking about bailing out California! Yall did it to yourself so deal with it! That state needs to fall off into the ocean!
The president says the US needs remade? Do you? Posted on Sat, May 02, 2009 18:02
I was stunned when I heard him say that. This is the greatest nation on the face of the earth! I can't think of another country where one would have as many freedoms as we do here.
President Obama's Apology Tour Posted on Sat, Apr 18, 2009 11:50
I wonder if while in the Latin American countries he will apologize and blame everything on the United States? The president of France now that President Obama is not there is saying not very kind things about him. For some reason I don't think the leaders in socialist countries will be so harsh.
Catering To Others Posted on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 19:38
Today I heard on a local talk show about how accommodating Americans are. In numerous high schools and colleges they are making provisions for Muslims. They are providing prayer rooms and foot baths. Isn't that so nice. Has anyone heard of provisions for either Christians or Jews? Christian students are told that they cannot pray or carry their Bibles or have a word of prayer before football games. Can we say politically correct? I'll be damned if I'll ever be politically correct when there are blatant biases! If I offend one particular group of people oh well! I'm offended by lots of things and my feelings or beliefs are not thought about. I'm sure this will be another hot topic of discussion. So be it!
Smooth Jazz Posted on Sun, Apr 05, 2009 18:43
If any of you like smooth jazz I recommend you getting the CD The Jazz Pack. I have several favorites on the CD but the best is a song titled "You Are My Starship" definitely a song to make love to or at least get things rolling. I saw them in concert on Friday night at the Berks Jazz Fest. They were incredible! There was such great interaction with the audience and they were funny and still my heart! *L* I hope everyones weekend was a good as mine. Have a great week!
So What Do You Think? Posted on Wed, Apr 01, 2009 18:50
Most of us on this site are not "millionairs". Have you found that those who have amassed and I'm guessing for the most part for their wealth, instead of inheriting it or divorcing numerous husbands or wifes for it, think they are all that? There seems to be a clique in here. Very much the same as it is in the "real world". I have found it amusing that the same people respond to their circle of friends blogs. Complimenting them on their questions and clarity of thought. You better stick with you circle of friends cause no one else would want to be around you when you look down your noses at them. I don't know if this will get posted or not, but I hope so...this could be very interesting.
