*Two moons on 27th August 2007* 27th August; the day the Whole World is waiting for ...... Planet Mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting August. It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will cultivate on Aug. 27 when Mars comes within 34.65 Million miles of earth. Be sure to watch the sky on Aug. 27 12:30 am. Don't Break The Elastic!! In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday. Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. And, there on television, she said it was "exciting." Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first. The audience laughed so hard they cried. MM blog area is the best I have come across in so many blog venues.I was IM today not on MM another site. Today was my seventh week wearing my waist brace and I thought it was going to come off today and then i could start therapy to get my wrist back in shape but the doctor says another three week because its not healed yet. As i had mention in one of the blogs i fracture my wrist when on vacation while in spain. early April. I am a little afraid I know there are people with worst life long injuries and thinking about how much worst it could have been makes me grateful for all the blessing that I have. I am a graphic artist and its my drawing hand. Its been stressful, will I have full mobility at this point. When it happened I could not move my wrist back forward or side to side and definitely cant put pressure on it with out the brace. Reading a Visionarylover blog regarding sunlight, and today the doctor telling me another three weeks and he will recheck mades me think , am I getting enough sunlight. I drink soy milk every day but do not take supplements and I do eat calcium enriched foods spread out through the months. So I wonder am I getting enough sun? I work a 900 to 530 sometime to 630 get home around 745 ,8 pm. About an hour of sun in the morning travel time and part of that is on the train. Come home when its dark so lookin forward to the longer summer days, Am I getting enough sun during the week and week end. I was just at a house warming for one of my oldest friends and this has me thinking that I have to have a house party or a game party. I guess it would be a relationship network playing bid whist cards. ?Getting off track,, The article made so much sense .. wanted to share it with the blogs. ?Are You the Last One Single? By Rachel Greenwald Courtesy of Matchcom's Happen magazine You know the drill: It's Saturday night, and you're playing third or fifth wheel yet again. Your well-meaning married friend has just made yet another unintentionally condescending remark about how awful it is to be single. Watching your coupled-up pals canoodle, you're left wondering, "Am I unlovable? Why them and not me?" It's rough when all your friends have dates or mates or spouses, and you're the only one left single. If you're singing those "One is the loneliest number" blues, take comfort that your attitude -- and situation -- can change with four quick steps: Step 1: Stay optimistic. From coaching thousands of single people, I can tell you that your biggest challenge now is not to lose hope. When everyone around you is paired off, it's normal to feel like it will never happen to you -- but that attitude becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Take a break from dating for a few weeks, do something that (or visit someone who) makes you feel good about yourself, make a list of 10 reasons why you like yourself, then list 10 reasons why you're a great catch, then jump back into the singles scene with your new attitude. Step 2: Get new buddies. Of course you'd never dump your old friends, but it's time to branch out and find some new single buddies to keep you circulating. Notice that I use the word "buddies" rather than "friends." Buddies are single pals with whom you can have a drink or attend an event or party; the folks you call on a Friday afternoon to ask, "What?s going on this weekend?" They don't have to be your intimate confidante or love the same books as you do. They just need to be fun, single, and active people who can help you meet new people and commiserate about the ups and down of being single. To find these new buddies, ask everyone you know -- your colleagues, your neighbors, your real-estate agent, your married friends -- to introduce you to their same-gender single friends. (Same-gender buddies are best, so there's no confusion about whether you're on a romantic date.) It's ironic, but the search for a buddy is similar to the search for a mate: It's about networking, joining new groups, and striking up conversations with someone who catches your eye. Most importantly, be very proactive. Set a goal to meet one new single buddy per week, and really work towards achieving it. Step 3: Have a party. Nothing helps you network and meet new people better than throwing your own party. The key: When you invite people, be sure to say "Bring your friends!" If your home isn't big enough, co-host with a friend who lives in a bigger space or have the party in an event room at a restaurant, gallery or even an ice-skating rink. The primary goal of the party is to meet single buddies who will increase your network, accompany you to events or restaurants, and provide an alternative to being third wheel with your coupled-up friends. The secondary party goal is about enriching your life: bringing together interesting people, preparing and enjoying great food, and reminding yourself that being single doesn't mean being lonely. Step 4: Leverage those couples! Happy couples usually adore playing matchmaker for their single friends. They want everyone else to join the club. And that's good news for you! In fact, when all your friends are coupled-up, your network automatically doubles: You now have your friend's new mates in your circle, and they each might have a few fix-ups for you. But remember, you have to ask them directly for fix-ups (they're not mind-readers). You will not sound desperate, I promise. I just coached a woman last week who reported that she was eating Chinese take-out with her friend and her friend's live-in boyfriend and boldly said to them, "Hey, not that this isn?t fun hanging out with you two lovebirds, but who can you fix me up with?? Within a week, she was introduced to Mr. I-Think-He's-the-One. It can work for you, too! On the plane to Spain tomorrow with friends. Looking forward to this trip. Its been a lot going on at work and home so this down time is just the thing right now. Wanted to know did any one hear about a 6 month rule? Its regarding your passports. When I start tell my friends where I was going during this passover, Easter spring break time. A number of them mention the 6 month rule, at first I was going to let it slide because my passport expires on the 8-27-2007. Then I mentioned it to one of my train buddies and she explained that once she lost her money and her trip because the airport personal would not let her board the plane when her trip was inside of 6 month expiration date on her passport when traveling outside of US territories. I called the Spanish and UK consulate and they confirmed this. I wonder why this is the first time I have heard of this. Is it the changing of the times?

However, the recalled products were made using wheat gluten purchased from a new supplier, since dropped for another source, spokeswoman Sarah Tuite said. Wheat gluten is a source of protein. An unknown number of cats and dogs suffered kidney failure and about 10 died after eating the affected pet food, Menu Foods said in announcing the North American recall. Product testing has not revealed a link explaining the reported cases of illness and death, the company said. The recall covers the company's "cuts and gravy" style food, which consists of chunks of meat in gravy, sold in cans and small foil pouches between Dec. 3 and March 6. The pet food was sold by stores operated by the Kroger Co., Safeway Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc., and PetSmart Inc., among others, Henderson said. The company said it makes pet food for 17 of the top 20 North American retailers. It is also a contract manufacturer for the top branded pet food companies, including Procter & Gamble Co. Many stores that sold the affected brands frantically pulled packages off shelves yesterday. At a Petsmart store in Union, N.J., Silviene Grzybowski became worried when the four types of Iams products she buys for her cat, Smokey, had vanished from shelves. The cat was very sick and had not been eating for days, she said. Hi all from blogland. Today was and a usual day, went to work and had a very productive day, but in the course of my day I encounter many people and I am respectful to all, with a smile, a hello or just a nodding of the head. Things seam to be going OK, so I get home and call my sister we have a chat and my sister tells me , today at her job one of the men she works with tells her "you talk to everyone so who are you loyal too?" What is the world coming to when a person who has a happy disposition gets questioned about their loyalty because they are friendly. Why does misery love company, why can't misery stay to itself. Why take out all your aggravation out on the would. Learn to deal with each problem in a approbate way. Each of us should be true to ourselves, we should be loyal to our belief's, be consistent in positive actions. Everyone have a pleasant evening and wake with a positive attitude. Has something of this nature ever happened to you?

Below is a a cute story, don't know who the auther is but sent to me from friends.. darlene Young King Arthur was ambushed and imprisoned by the monarch of a neighboring kingdom. The monarch could have killed him but was moved by Arthur's youth and ideals. So, the monarch offered him his freedom, as long as he could answer a very difficult question. Arthur would have a year to figure out the answer and, if after a year, he still had no answer, he would be put to death. The question? What do women really want? Such a question would perplex even the most knowledgeable man, and to young Arthur, it seemed an impossible query. But, since it was better than death, he accepted the monarch's proposition to have an answer by year's end. He returned to his kingdom and began to poll everyone: the princess, the priests, the wise men and even the court jester. He spoke with every one, but no one could give him a satisfactory answer. Many people advised him to consult the old witch, for only she would have the answer. But the price would be high; as the witch was famous throughout the kingdom for the exorbitant prices she charged. The last day of the year arrived and Arthur had no choice but to talk to the witch. She agreed to answer the question, but he would have to agree to her price first. During the day, a beautiful woman to show off to his friends, but at night, in the privacy of his castle, an old witch? Director: Nick Cassavetes, base on true events, this movie was socking,harmful,hurtful and stupid, but a must see for any one who has concern in their heart for children. I saw this move with my niece and afterward. On the way to Starbucks we discussed the film..since my niece is seventeen I wanted to get her take on the young brother, his choices and decisions. When do you say enough is enough and stand behind your word. who has seen this and what did you think of it.

I found this move very disturbing, definitely not for young children, DIRECTED BY Guillermo Del Toro. sub titled in English, over view: To escape from postwar repression during the fascist regime in Spain in 1944, Ofelia, a lonely kid living with her mom and adoptive father, creates a dream world filled with fantastic creatures. Artistically it beautifully rendered fairy creatures. Who has seen it and what did you think of the movie.

I look around at all the negative bogs and know that all things do pass, but in life there will always be people who do not like you, who do not celebrate their life and others uniqueness . Come on people this is an internet dating site. Its one thing to get upset over slurs when you know the person. You have touched, looked them in the eye and had conversation in person , It can be like getting stabbed in the back or your favorite dog turning on you. Quit another when you know nothing about the other people except in how they conduct themselves with their written words. Let it go, let it slide, say your piece and let it be over. I could never understand why so many are bent out of shape because of the tolls on this site. please don't explain. it would turn into a he-said/ she-said circus. I just move on to the next topic. I have not use the abuse option this site has opted to give us. Because every one has a right to speak their thoughts , impression, dream and hopes. Everyone may not have integrity,I know I do have integrity. Why would any one of us on this site just pick this person or that person to start and point the finger at.. toll toll. It sound just like the witch hunts back in the days of uneducated easily lead non thinking can't make decision on their own individuals. I have had many people not like me. yes I have, I have had arguments too. But I chose to let these things go. I have learned what I needed to learn about the arguer and about me and I how I reacted from being attached. So does it make you a stronger or does it weaken you? By focusing so much of your attention on people who are trying to discredit your existence, it all depends on the individuals. Who should be the judge of that? Do you know who you are today . Are you honest. Do you have forgiveness. Is integrity part of your life. you have respect for yourselves A good work ethics Just ethic as part of your life. Are you reliable; dependable; responsible Are you favorable; propitious Are competent or skillful Follow the ideal of goodness or morality Strive for excellence I know my own self worth so what I chose to give of my time and attention to someone be them real ,scammer or toll good or bad.I am mature enough to recognize and deal with any real, scammer or toll on my terms. I have a kinesiologist I go to and went to when I tore my inner ligament in my knee from not stretched correctly before and after a strenuous workout. . My kinesiologist helped so to day I am pain free. He has very unique perspective. Let me share this which he calls a prescription for peace.
