I duff my hat for you... I wish all of us understand that no one is left out in this mess. It's not black and white, it's injustice and ignorance. We need to talk our way into a healthy future.
We have to look instead at what we are missing or losing by hurting each other. It is not by chance that we have each other. Life without our neighbors will not be sweet. The more we love the more secure and protected our communities are.
My childhood was in an African village. I felt incredibly secure growing up, because I had my brothers, sisters, mother, father, aunts, uncles, nephews, neighbors and the rest of the village watching over me. We went out at nights in still darkness without lights. We were afraid of nothing except wild animals like lions and tigers that could harm us. We always knew that if we had trouble away from home a neighbor or passerby will take us home safely. We went to school on foot tens of miles away without supervision. Everybody was his brother’s keeper.
Where has that gone to? Why are we hating and hurting each other? I have tried to figure out why we cannot apply simple logic to understand that to hurt another person is to create a negative vibration that will come back to haunt us.
We are living life in the reverse. We all have infinite resource of abundant love to give away. The more you give away love the more you attract it to yourself. It is a universal rule. We can only reap what we sow. Our entire world is hurting as a result of our attitudes towards each other. How could we be missing such a wonderful opportunity we have to create and enjoy a paradise with everything?
Our ignorance shocks me. In 2009 I was in a comma and life support machine for 43 days. I was shown our world how it would have been if we were conscious of what it is that we have. Coupled with other experiences I had when I was near death I have never been that same again. I am hurting inside for us humans. We act like children who have no control and know nothing. But we brag and think we know a lot. Our ignorance is gradually killing us.
Love will feed and cloths all of us. Each and every one of us will be satisfied if we abandon greed and hate. My father died when I was fifteen, I quickly learned something that saved my life and made me who I am today. Love, forgiveness and sharing the little I have with others no mater my situation. I love human beings, I truly love us. I try very hard not to do anything that will cause pain in another person's life including animals and plants. I treat plants and nature with respect because they are all alive and part of us. We cannot exist without them. To me it is a duty, it is a calling, it is an obligation. This shows in my daily life and my business. If my life is not about people let me not have a life. I do not want it.
We are hurting each other with our ignorance. We need to begin reprograming our minds to accept the reality we left behind which is found in protecting and loving each other for our own safety and happiness.
Your idea of a t-shirt amazes me because that is what I am doing. Mine is "the spirit of a true rhino." But I have a wonderful project towards this. We have to do something and if you are interested we can talk and I will show you what my foundation is already doing. We can work together to keep pushing this idea through this type of effort. There is another way to make life worth living for everyone; it is called conscious living “Love.”
