I've been working on a short story idea involving the theme of competition between women (right now, probably athletic, with perhaps romance figuring somewhere), and would love to get people's thoughts. I'm trying to come up with the right combination - these would be two women, each with an elegance and style all their own, not necessarily a heroine/villainness type of thing, each attractive, intelligent and confident - people you'd care about. I'd love to hear from you on what types of women might be well suited to this type of thing (or even if you think you're it!).
I'm read several posts complaining the forums have gotten boring - I'd like to liven it up a bit.
