If there is anything I dislike alot, then it is narrowmindness and fanatics in regards to anything.

I belive in balance and when I once in a while meet up with a fanatic (extremmist) person, either he/she is it about their looks, about their work or about their religion, politics etc i get a bit..hmm...unattracted...my respect to this person starts itching and I eventually lose my respect for them
...as they are not any greater different from a drugaddict high on themselves and their own and nobody/nothing else matters.

This site is for people. Humanbeings.

The hope is that all these people are who they are regardless of what others think and want them to be etc...so if you believe in a duck on a stick or in UFOs and aliens being supreme or if you believe in ancient and most common religions such as Christianity, Buddhism etc..it is up to you...and this site have the capacity to inhabit all these kinds of believers and even the blelievers in not believing.

What I doubt on the other hand, is, this site needing or wanting to inhabit individuals who cannot respect other peoples beliefs or be tactful and gracefull about others/their own beliefs, and try to enforce their point of views and beliefs on others to any extend or price. Arrogant, selfemperor-titled nobodies.

Those does not belong here, they may have their own site "dating site for arrogant blowup losers".

I urge these kind of individuals (who must know who they are, having lived with their agonies and people dropping away from themby the second) to find that kind of site for themselves and leave us, healthy happy and respectful people be on here, dating others of our types...or just throw away their fanatics hat and just take a break...or two..and relaaaaaaaaax.

Yeah I can relate to what you are saying Kenknee, as this behaviour can stem of many things. One could be is a person is suffering of split personalities, sociopathy etc but also "victim"-effects, they are used to be the victim and they cannot see if they are doing anything wrong, as they always tend to put themselves in the victims shoes and everyone else in the "attacker" shows...ah..alot to say on this subject..but overall...many people wear masks and cannot even take them off in front of themselves in their own personal mirror, a safety net to not address reality, as reality can be a tough pill to swallow. Oh, these kind of individuals, if meanspirited as to say, are very very good at spotting and surrounding the, selves with "back patters", as they need to not see the truth about themselves and if anyone figure that out, the they act very viciously and in some cases criminal, as there desire to hide from reality, and the, selves overtakes all other notions...well thats some angles but there arre many many...

Quoting worldmind:

Jenknee, not all who look themselves in the mirror are honest about what they see, some just cant handle what they see and get into some kind of "denial for survival mode". Sad, but true.

I completely agree with you, Worldmind. I know certain people have no conscience and could care less what they've done, because of their lack of conscience they can live perfectly happy lives. I have had people very close to me who are like this and it amazes me. One in particular that I call Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.  They aren't even capable of seeing what they are so there is no denial then there are others who initially realized they acted wrong but then they went into denial. I've broken ties with people who have done this on a certain level.

I do like the saying though.  I picture my Dr Jekkel and Mr Hyde getting patted on the back again and again, if only those people knew the truth.  Or are they also in on it, patting their comrade on the back? Both have happened.  I just say he is in for a rude awakening at the moment of his death. He will see his life story and possibly pay for it for all eternity.

The mirrors reminded me of one of my favorites.

The Man In The Glass

by Peter "Dale" Winbrow Sr.

When you get what you want in your struggle for self

And the world makes you king for a day,

Just go to the mirror and look at yourself

And see what that man has to say.

For it isn't your father or mother or wife whose judgment upon you must pass.

The fellow whose verdict counts most in you life

Is the one staring back from the glass.

You may be like Jack Horner and chisel a plum

And think you're a wonderful guy.

But the man in the glass says you're only a bum

If you can't look him straight in the eye.

He's the fellow to please-never mind all the rest,

For he's with you clear to the end.

And you've passed your most dangerous, difficult test

If the man in the glass is your friend.

You may fool the whole world down the pathway of years

And get pats on the back as you pass.

But your final reward will be heartache and tears

If you've cheated the man in the glass.

The End.

Note: Other than the importance of being able to look at myself and liking the reflection of who I am. I do want to pass one being's judgement at the end of the day and that is God's judgement.

Readers note:

It has come to my attention that Voyager54 seems to no longer be with us...if that is the case, then that might be why his comments on here and elsewhere are missing, so that readers of my blogs who notice some slight incontinuity (foremost on recent entries) understand that.

Nobody is marketing any religion here but yourself. Offcourse your religion is dearest and nearest yourself and you have all scientific backup for it and the entire world with billions and billions believers are wrong but you are right...offcourse thatis the case..

.........in your head

Do I care? Actually no...as I have repeatedly said...I respect everyone to believe in whatever they want but..BUT I dont respect someone as yourself Voyager54..who is roaming around insulting other peoples beliefs etc. for the sake of your belief in a UFO-religion.

I suggest you go on believing in your theories which are shared by a micro of a micro fraction and leave others to believe in whatever they want whenever they want. If you cannot respect their way of life...then dont care so much..turn around and leave instead of standing screaming ang insulting.

Ow...Voyager54...what do we have here? Mr Fanatic himself paying a visit on here, still trying so desperately to defend his addiction by charging on the pathetic insultammunition against people who does not share your extreme belief...

No thanks.

Not buying what you are selling.

I hope that you will get out of your raelian sect one day and see that the world is much more beautiful than you could ever imagine, outside of your bubble and that respecting other people regardless of belief is not such a bad thing after all...I suggest you visit a rehab for religious fanatics.

Windrider735, Oh..so "considerate" of you...(or your friend) but I suggest you keep that untested, ordinary and untouched one and hang it on your own walls..as that is OBVIOUSLY needed..as my mirror (as attached a pic of in here) is a very old, lifefull and very used one, hence I know what I am talking about and hence I can be myself and hence I can be honest and hence..hence..hence...but i will also warn you when using your new mirror, it might be a scary sight for you..and you might realize that the finger you are pointing at others is actually and only your own...and that many are so into themselves and their image of themselves and mirroring activities that they forget about others value and even forget that others exists, thats why it is called narcissistic, as the story about Narcissus, who fell in love with his own image and couldnt see anything else than himself.

...and...even if/when you get to look yourself/ves in the mirror and think you know yourself enough...it doesnt mean you have looked into others mirrors, it doesnt mean you know or understand the Worlds mind.
