Of late I cannot fall asleep, when I do I wake up round about 3AM again and then just cannot sleep. I'm not stressed or anything, I just can't sleep. Mostly the lack of sleep won't catch me, but the odd day that it does, I just want to doze off in front of my PC at work. Any suggestions? Camomile Tea, Milk, Horlicks, Reading doesn't help. I don't want to take a tablet either.

Thanks for the advice. I will take a day off and do the reset clock on. In South Africa it's the Duracell Bunny and the Energizer man. :)

1?:You have to go later to bed! 11-11.30 pm 2?: You have to take melatonine every evening at 8 pm Dosis: 0.2-1 mg Pilots,stewards and worldtravellers like me take it already for 10 years! It is also one the "youth hormones" in Anti-Aging Medicine! So you should take it anyway even if you are a good sleeper! Try it out: its harmless

Been speaking to someone else and 2010 has now come up. Who can say when, but that still doesn't cure my sleepless problem. Stuff happens. :):)
