Recognized geniuses may be rare, but genius resides within us all . Everything is connected in this universe and we are all members so don't feel left out .

Genius is often expressed through a change of perception ...... a modifying of context or paradigm . The mind struggles with an unsolvable problem , poses a question and is often open to receive an answer . The source of that answer has been given many names varying from culture to culture . Many believe the answer is floating out there in the universe and you must quiet your mind or change the harmonic or attractor pattern in your spirit or mind to be able to notice it .
Genius and creativity , then are subjectively experienced as a witnessing , it is a phenomenon that bypasses the individual self or ego . In simple terms it is not so much that you figured out a solution to a complex problem , as much as you somehow witnessed the solution float by you as you learned to tune into a different channel that was broadcasting at a higher Harmonic .

For example great musicians through out history have stated they didn't plan their music , but simply wrote down what they heard in their own minds .

The father of organic chemistry , F . A . Kekule , saw the molecular structure that he based his ring theory on in a dream . And in a illuminated moment , Albert Einstein had the revolutionary insight that then took him years to translate into provable mathematics . Indeed , one of the main problems of genius is how to transform what's perceived in one's private understanding into a visible expression that's comprehensible to others . All of you have had many moments of a sudden or deeper revelation or understanding of a event or just how life works . You more then likely did not realize that was a moment of genius :)

One of the problems in attempting to understand genius is that it takes near genius to recognize it . Someone who has had the same ( fit of clarity ) or at least skimmed the surface of it . The world fails to identify genius altogether , and society often gives acclaim to its work without noting the intrinsic genius of the creation itself .

The other primary reason so many people fail to recognize and therefor empower . their own genius is because in the popular mind , genius is confused with high IQ .

This is a gross misunderstanding , which has arisen from the fact that many celebrated geniuses in the fields of mathematics and physics indeed have high IQs ;in those fields the IQ is necessary to comprehend the work is a prerequisite .

It would be more helpful to see genius as simply an extraordinary high degree of insight in a given area of human activity . After all there are droves of non cerebral

geniuses in many fields such as art , music design , invention , dance , and human behavior .

Keep in mind that IQ is merely a measure of academic capacity for logically comprehending symbols and words . From David Hawkins studies its appears that the alignment of ones goals and values with high energy attractors is more closely associated with genius then anything else .

SO in simple terms ...... the more on point you are with knowing where you want to go , or what it is you are trying to do ,combined with your ability to quiet your mind and to learn to access the universe through tapping into multiple harmonic levels is what will lead you to your " moments of genius " .

I have been blessed to not have a job since I was 19yrs old and then adding to that I was able to live off residuals since I was 23 . I was able to focus on my dreams vs building other peoples . This has given my mind the freedom to notice many of the human behaviors and emerging trends in the world . I do not believe I am smarter then other people but my mind has has been freed up to be simply " more aware " .¿

I give you this information only to explain how it is I have been able to enjoy so much freedom , Not to brag , and it has nothing to do with money . I did not inherit my income I worked hard and smart from 19 to 23 focusing when most people where not so I could be free as a adult when most adults are not . We all know you can make a lot of money and still not be free . So my point is about freedom here not income :)¿

One of the major issues I see people doing today is making the mistake of defining themselves by what they do . As you know when asked " who are you ?" most people will respond with what they do for a living or how they make money . If you are what you have , then when you have it no more you ( are no more ) . This is a major mistake I see people making as they accidentally label themselves .The problem is then when a major career change occurs or in a reccssion people are let go or when your children grow up and leave the house ... you have forgotten " who you really are " .

This is leading to many people self medicating , or worse taking too many pills from the local doctor . Depression sets in , anxiety hits ,you sense that the world is passing you by , or worse somehow you just know you are living a lie . I really encourage people to take a program it is a 90 day program designed to help you figure out who you really are and to take action steps each day and week and no " I don't have any financial ties to them" Then you can live on purpose , your time becomes on point with your long term and short term goals or better yet your values . This does not mean you are an achiever or an over achiever its simple means you are focusing on what is most important to you . That could be quality time with a child or to travel , don't let the world get you so busy you end up running down they're roads vs the path you REALLY want .

This leads to the concept I spoke of at our last convention , there is a continuum from dependence to independence , followed by interdependence ; each is a prerequisite of the next .

Most cultures outside of American ( because it is a new country ) has some sort of right of passage or ritual to allow the first transition to take place . The first one from dependance to independence if not handled properly can hinder the last transition from ever occurring . People must feel they are allowed and respected enough to handle their own affairs ( independence ) in order for them to ever decide to come play on your team again ( interdependence ) after they earned the right and moved out of your house ( dependence ) .

Most business leaders fail to study human beings enough to notice this trend . Church leaders , coach's and for sure parents often hit the same wall. When a right of passage is not provided for a child to transition there will often be a certain event in which a huge fall out occurs . This is because the student or child does not know how to separate respectfully or the coach or parent is not providing a way for this to happen .... hence a train wreak is for certain in the future . Unfortunately this train wreak through out history can be so severe countries to companies to families get torn apart and pain is felt by all in the wake . I pray those of you reading this do not minimize the carnage this simple lack awareness or execution can cause .

Warriors with power have a quiet self -reliance that respects and loves others . They choose to interact with other powerful beings to bring diversity and wealth to the life journey , silently knowing they never need .

Here is one of the of issue's I deal with constantly in trying to help people help themselves .
you are the least qualified person to know what you are truley capable of . That is why you must never quit things of long term potential because you cannot handle the stress of the moment . So in your dark moments it is time to accept the grace you where born with . Do not minimize this act , because it is very vulnerable , almost as if you are 4 yrs old again and being held by a parent .

So go ahead and lean into your discomfort , you can do this :)
