~Di~...as I get older I find myself wanting to be on the warpath more and really wanting to take scalps to hang on my Tipi...right alongside my collection of wild pelts!

Lololo.....haven't you ever heard the saying 'Make love not war'?? Although I have no pelts, I do have quite an extraordinary array of weapons. *wink* :)))

V~ Re: Heart ache. You know, one of the good things about growing older, is that you learn not to let other people's behavior bother you too much. You learn to see the signs more readily of people that deserve your care and trust....and learn to step away if they are not deserving. And at least for me, even if a man gives me no promises, I can still make the calculated judgement: Am I better off with him in my life or without him....even if it is 'just friends'. In truth....a really good friend can be vastly more precious than a boyfriend. Sometimes boyfriends come and go.
My view is that heart ache is a controllable emotion. I don't have to let someone have that power over me. If I become upset, it's because I choose to be upset. It's best to address the issue, voice your perspective, hear the other's perspective, try to develop a plan for a resolution, apologize/accept an apology.....and then forget it! Move on. Who has the energy to carry around negative feelings inside? Plus it's so unhealthy....filling your body with toxins that will ultimately create illnesses.
PS: Re: men and roaming. Hmmm....once a man starts....well he had better be very clear about the consequences of that game. A queen has way more moves than a king! *wink* :))

Interesting blog name change.... Now it makes us all sound like raving lunatics.
I have never seen so many people interested in "..." anywhere else....
Is Viagra really a "game changer" ?... I never tried it with anybody yet but perhaps that now I am auditioning for a "succesful relationship" it might come up ;-)... Is it really that mindblowing?
Surely you can't become ...more technical?

I have a dog. I run my own finishing school and I take prisoners
A relationship with bad sex or no sex is not successful.... it is just a hormone timebomb waiting to explode when the circus comes to town one day.... For some sooner....for some never...;-)
That is how the bed looks in the morning in a successful relationship....
..... TIC-TAC TIC-TAC TIC-TAC......
I disagree

~JM~...Guys start to tire of games at around 27?...wow honey...I don't think you've lived long enough to comment on that sort of thing yet...I'm 58 and still my mind is running wild...just like any man. I would put that number sensibly at maybe 67....and with Viagra, possibly higher. Guys never grow up.
Fair enough!
It's your truth, not mine, V! It's ok when the rest of the world is operating on a different clock from mine! :)

I am totally with you on this one - sex/lovemaking is important, fun, puts a smile on my face, tickles my brain and every inch of my 'other brains'!
V, sorry, mate, but I'll have to disagree with you!

“Guys” ...like less than 25yr olds, ur probably right.I think guys start to mature somewhere around 27yrs and start to tire of the games. They start to realize that the conquest is ‘not all that’.Not to say that some don’t continue to have sex with multiple partners….but they start to search for the ‘one’.

No, it can't really be eaten. Not unless you're Hannibal Lector. Then again.... Well, you decide: From Wikipedia: The pelvic floor or pelvic diaphragm is composed of muscle fibers of the levator ani, the coccygeus, and associated connective tissue which span the area underneath the pelvis. The pelvic diaphragm is a muscular partition formed by the levatores ani and coccygei, with which may be included the parietal pelvic fascia on their upper and lower aspects. The pelvic floor separates the pelvic cavity above from the perineal region (including perineum) below. The right and left levator ani lie almost horizontally in the floor of the pelvis, separated by a narrow gap that transmits the urethra, vagina, and anal canal. The levator ani is usually considered in three parts: pubococcygeus, puborectalis, and iliococcygeus. The pubococcygeus, the main part of the levator, runs backward from the body of the pubis toward the coccyx and may be damaged during parturition. Some fibers are inserted into the prostate, urethra, and vagina. The right and left puborectalis unite behind the anorectal junction to form a muscular sling. Some regard them as a part of the sphincter ani externus. The iliococcygeus, the most posterior part of the levator ani, is often poorly developed. The coccygeus, situated behind the levator ani and frequently tendinous as much as muscular, extends from the ischial spine to the lateral margin of the sacrum and coccyx. The pelvic cavity of the true pelvis has the pelvic floor as its inferior border (and the pelvic brim as its superior border). The perineum has the pelvic floor as its superior border. Some sources do not consider "pelvic floor" and "pelvic diaphragm" to be identical, with the "diaphragm" consisting of only the levator ani and coccygeus, while the "floor" also includes the perineal membrane and deep perineal pouch.[2] However, other sources include the fascia as part of the diaphragm.[3] In practice, the two terms are often used interchangeably. Posteriorly, the pelvic floor extends into the anal triangle.
You're a lazy bones, Voyager. Just Google "Pelvic Floor Muscles" and you'll get a cornucopia of answers other than this one.

I get what you are saying on so many levels. I was always told from Christian friends that sex is just a by-product of love. You can have sex with anyone but you can't love just anyone. So love them first and the sex will not matter as it is a continuation of the love and should not be foremost in the relationship. Hasn't worked for me in any event probably because I was never truly "in Love" whatever that means. lol
