Well, Christmas is over and I seem to have given myself the gift of Millionaire Match.  A captivating woman winked at me on here, and I couldn't wait until next week to 'wink' a second time.  I sent an email and will see what happens.  (Hopefully she's reading this and knows I'm talking about her.)  I had a standard membership for years, but didn't think the site was worth the money over the regular price of other sites.

This site is a very strange thing for me.  People are actually worried about accomplishment and goals, while in my dating life until now, I find women end up with people like them, who like to drink and party and just plain like lots of bad tattoos.  It's worth noting that people here like quality.  And I see that they're just looking for someone like them, that understands them.  I can understand that.  I'm not a millionaire myself, but I do understand being different.

Of course, I'm speaking for people now.  I've looked through a lot of blogs and profiles, and that's just what it seems like.

@Florasab:

“We waste time looking for the perfect lover, instead of creating the perfect love." - Tom Robbins

I guess quotes like these are for people that look for the perfect person, not realizing that noone's perfect.

I have spent a lot of money and time over the years, and not much to show for it.  I've heard it's much easier to date someone locally.  I've heard it, anyway.  There's some truth to it being easier to get to know someone in person than on the Internet.

If it ever works out with this lady, I'd have met her by complete accident.  So, in that sense, I wouldn't be able to help you find someone. Though I like her very much because I believe we have so much in common.  That seems to help more than I realized.

@Linglit:

Yes and no?  She said she absolutely would like to go to a play with me, then several hours later said she was "going in a different direction" and was "so sorry".  I felt like walking in front of a truck today, the day after, I was so depressed.  I can't ever understand why these things happen to me.

Well i had a couple of winks and email exchanges, it was great  makes you feel alive untill later and i can't seem to find what i look for, they seem very perfect  for a start and later turn out not , what my instinct tell s me to pursue, i mean theyre perfectly perfect in their own opinion i suppose and i suppose i am just a different sort to them, so communication break down, i think both parties needs to have respect in a sense. Or maybe i am  just wasting time and money yeah.
