Its funny.. so many profiles have these inconsistancies.  Please feel free to add any in the comments cause I know this isn't all of them!

They use the word smile/smiling in the profile somewhere.. name.. status.. message.. etc. Then their photos don't show the person smiling

or they don't have a photo and in physical appearance they say "you decide" How do I decide?

or they say "no games" then have these slanted/angled photos that don't actually show what they look like..  or the photo is so old it is a photo of a poloroid!  and it makes you think.. let the games begin! or they say they want to find someone that likes them for their inner beauty..want to meet a guy who appreciates them for their intelligence.. and all of their photos are of cleavage and bum(not that I am complaining about cleavage and bum photos) or they want intelectural conversation (mispelling purposeful) or you go thru all of the photos til you finally come to the one photo that is actually them today! or "I'm an open book"   "truly outgoing" but no photos..

Most of my pictures are selfies, I'm never satisfied with them anyway. So I go for the serious cross eyed look;-)

Yourstruly..  Passion appears when everything is right..  lust is a short lived feeling that may turn into a life long passion..  off the cuff response so it's worth every second I put into it!

I do not have a single thing in my profile that you mentioned except I am smiling in every picture I have on here.  So your comments which may be true are not for me instead I find the word passionate and romantic to be the most common among the men.  My take on that is, with the right woman in your life those two things become or should be a natural response to pure joy and happiness.

I posted a photo then used "you decide" because the viewer is really the one to rate attractiveness. I do know some unattractive people that get better and better looking the more I get to know them. I also know the opposite.

Not too sure why you have the first photo on tour profile page from 05. If you want consistency you must also have up to date photos and not old ones.

Quoting Dakota35:

I do the "no photo" and the "you decide"  but they didn't have a option for "ugly as a mule's ass". So "you decide" had to do. :-)

Smax, I have seen all that you have written.  Funny!

Dakota,

ROTFL!!!

Some of us don't want to show too much of ourselves - just enough so you can see that we are real. And I think its better to post an average photo, not too glamourous or photogenic, so when you meet the person they are very appreciative of me in person.  I'm not photogenic at all, but in person my smile more than makes up for the photo. And I think I'm taller and thinner than any photo.

Ha ha ha SMax!

I tell you about 3 of my experiences:

I had this guy post some fantastic comments on my profile complimenting my looks, so naturally, I check out his profile and my oh my was he super HOT! So I was well-inclined to comment back, complimenting him as well.

However, at that point in time, he only had the one photo up. But after my compliments, he was sufficiently chuff with himself and may have felt inspired/compelled to post some more photos. So here comes 4-5 more photos......

and I am wondering who the hell is this??? The first photo I complimented must have been taken a good 10 years [or more] ago! OK - that was it!

I had another guy blasting me off with mega compliments. So I decide to be polite. He starts e-mailing and casually mentions he would soon be a divorced - 54 year old man...trying to figure out the rest of his life. It didn't make sense as he started in his profile he was divorced or single [but nothing stating the true marital status of separated], and also stating in the profile that he is 50. When I asked him that was, he defended himself by saying he was advised [by this group of imaginary advisers]to protect himself from identity theft by lying about his age! I work in this industry - protection from ID theft? Then you might as well say you are 64 rather than 50 in place of 54?

A funny guy from Scotland - he covered his head with hats, car hoods etc etc in all his photos on his profile and fails to record bald on his profile. He states he is 45 when I met him, I was sitting across the dinner table from a 60/65 year old man, with the spikiest out of place baldness I have ever seen. In his profile he is divorced, but at dinner, he has a wife he hates and 2 daughters he regrets having - living in a house full of women he said! And congratulating me for having 2 boys! The weirdest dinner of my life - I actually reported him to the site to change his marital status and stop deceiving poor ladies looking for love...as for his hair, what can we do about that? :-)

Liv.
