Over 40 and feeling good Posted on Mar 30, 2010 at 03:50 AM

For ladies and Gentlemen...-:)

I am over 40 just turned 44 and have accomplished a lot..

How do you feel about your age being over 40?

Do you feel attractive?

Do you feel more accomplished?

Do you feel smarter, wiser and older?

Do you feel more sophisticated

Do you feel sexier?

Do you feel needed?

Do you feel happier?

I do... And we all do..What do you think?

How do you deal with your loss? Posted on Mar 23, 2010 at 09:26 PM

My dad passed away Tusday morning in his bed. It is very hard for me to talk about it.

I don't know how to deal with this?

Have you lost a dear person to you?

Have you gone through these stages of grief?

There 5 stages of grief. what to expect after a loss.

1-Denial-"this can't be happening to me"

2-Anger-"why me?"

3-Bargaining-bargaining often takes place before the loss.

4-Depression-overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, frustration, bitterness, self pity,

5-Acceptance-there is a difference between resignation and acceptance. You have to accept the loss, not just try to bear it quietly.

Get help. You will survive. You will heal, even if you cannot believe that now, just know that it is true.

Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus_ John Gray Posted on Mar 19, 2010 at 04:30 PM

Men love women

Women love men

They can't live without each other

They need sex

They need passion

They need attention

They need each other to give it all

Why are they different that they sometimes grow separately?

Everyone's opinion and experience welcome.Let’s discuss it.

Life is a journey not a destination Posted on Mar 12, 2010 at 01:40 AM

Over the years during my experiences I have found out that life is a journey. There are many paths to follow and to reach our destination. But we never know what might be in our destination....  We all have goals at least most of us in our lives to reach....No one says this journey can all good and easy..It can be difficult and we might not find what we are looking for.....There is great meaning to life if we follow this journey....

What are your thoughts?  Should we continue our path and this journey? What are you looking for? What is the meaning of life to you?  Do you agree "Life is a Journey not a Destination”?

“Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing often more important than the outcome” Arthur Ashe

“One approaches the journey’s end. But the end is a goal, not a catastrophe” George Sand

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step” Lao Tzu

“If difficulties were known at the outset of a long journey, most of us would never start out at all” Dan Rather

“The only journey is the one within” Rainer Maria Rilke

What if your boss is way too good to you? Posted on Mar 10, 2010 at 05:44 PM

Have you had offers from your boss like,

more money?

better position?
early retirement?
personal trainings?
And have you ever been complemented by your boss?
Have you ever been asked to have lunch or dinner with your boss on the weekend?

What if he sends you very nice emails that sounds a little personal?

And your boss is 10 years younger than you..

A good friend needs to understand all this..she wants to know what to do..she feels scared and uncomfortable about how her boss treats her...
