hello World

My name is Cheeky. I like to bark sometimes and scare the wolves away. Not so many of them in London so it must be working.

Boy am I happy to post here!  I had a wonderful walk today  chased a couple of rabbits and rolled into some smelly rotten thing much to her despair. Then, as I was walking back home it suddenly hit me

I should start a blog. It has been on my mind before but I could not work out all the details.

Now I see that she takes time to check hers and I wish I had someone I could talk to and why not eventually meet up for a steak or two one of these days.

I like eccentric animals, with personality and stories to tell . My favourite time of the day is dinner and  my afternoon snoozing…and to chase other smaller vulnerable animals…with good intentions, but nevertheless chase… Otherwise I am VERY laid-back and cool.

You see I may look rough but deep down I am a lady. I have an interest in gardens and gardening , I  like to take long walks by the river, I stay out of the sun, I enjoy singing along when there's music , I press flowers and stroke kittens…eh, that last one in moderation I guess

I can't get my  ID verified due to the fact that I don't know exactly where I come from and how old I am and I am not really sure how much I earn…. But I can tell you it's not a bad life I have at all.

What matters is that I come from a family of honest working Carpathian Sheepdogs. I have come a long way and ever since I hooked up with her five years ago I never looked back. I was so little I don't remember much anyway.

Finally the time has arrived for me to find kindred spirits to share my thoughts with, stories and why not discuss our humans while we are at it.

Join me in my quest to find the answer  to the Great Question, of Life, the Universe and Everything

yours truly, the most Cheeky

Hey, Cheeky!  I haven't seen you in a while, well your blog anyways.

Sorry I did mistake you for your master.  I think your writing and hers look very similar, it confused me.

I'm taking a Political Science course on Constitutional Law right now.  Do you talk with November about Political Science?  I know you must have time on your hands, though she might not.

Maybe I'll send November a wink or something, I'm not sure...

Sincerely,

The Tivo Fiend.

Dearest, you do know I'm a dog , right? ;-)

though it must be said I often forget myself. The way she cooks for me and speaks sometimes I would not be too surprised if one day it was revealed to me that I was human in fact .

boy will I be upset then at all the time I wasted not being able to choose what music I have to listen to, for example...

I truly hate Bob Dylan harmonica... Makes me howl the life out of me to cover it... Very bad indeed.

She's not very keen on his painting...hmmm, i guess we compromise because I'm not a fighter. And I can't buy my own music. But if I could, then I'd buy Josie & The Pussycats .... Hmmm, I guess I am a dog afterall ;-))

Welcome to my blog, tivo!  Now if you'll excuse me I got to run, we are moving to a new house and this bastard is back again filling in all my lovely holes!  Over my dead body, gosh I hate you

Little Miss Maggie

Hey Little Miss Maggie

I LOVE LOVE LOVE playing with dogs like you...I just melt when I try to chase and they come between my legs and I look stupid wondering where they went .... I can go on for hours...

I had a squirrel once attached to my chest trying to escape me and I took me a good couple of minutes to realize she was hanging from there...sooooo funny.

The only thing I don't get about them is why they go up in trees? What's to see up there? What is the appeal? I gave it a try a couple of times and then I had trouble coming back down.. Hmm embarassing moment. I heard it happens to cats all the time..

Hey! Why don't we have any cats here I wonder? They are afraid? I hope not...

I only chase for fun...you know...for the love of art like she says sometimes and then laughs...

Surely you understand...

Here I am.  Din din together and I will forgive ya for chewing his Wabbits .......Grrr...

Hey Rover

How are things? I'd like to accept your dinner invitation if it's not too late notice. I was counting on dining at home this week since she's such a good cook and all and we've been travelling a lot lately so I was looking forward to it.... but then something happened to her this week and she keeps screwing my food!!!

Guys ,I am telling you I am desperate....all my lovely stews...BURNED. All the chicken soup....PULVERIZED. It's the third day in a row I am left to food below par...and she keeps putting this canned food infront of me like I am some idiot not to know the fridge has food in it. COOK IT FOR ME!...

Maybe when I'm less hungry and her cooking snaps back I could invite you all guys for dinner at my place. But Rover you HAVE to promise NOT to do any of that thing you did in that picture to her art. She will be very crossed if you do that you have to trust me.

When I was  younger and less experienced I occasionally took a wee on some of the exhibits when she brought me with her to work. I can wee like the boys do and I think it is funny to do it ...it intimidates and confuses them...

....However, That was not a funny thing to do ! she said...

I am so hungry now, can we go out tonight?

I bet I could make friends with your buddy--even though I'd bark my head off at him for the first half hour of our meeting.  I've got "fear aggression" problems, but I'm really as sweet as sweet can be.  I'm just paranoid 'cause I've been attacked by dogs 3 times my size in the last 3 years.  Kinda leaves you with a bad feeling about anything on 4 legs larger than a mouse.

But your guy looks like just my type.  Afterall, my daddy was a German Shepherd mix.  A real macho man indeed.  Mama, by the way, was a Llasa Apso.  YIKES!!!  I would have hated to be that Llasa.  Pain, pain, pain.  Not just at the birth, but at the conception.  YIKES again.

Oh WOOOOOW

So many new friends... I have been nervous about this to be honest, I wasn't sure whether my charm could shine trough the internet but she showed me how to check all the people that have seen me and boy they are many.

I am so happy to be back home. The drive was horrendous and she cursed all the way through crossing London.... Kept saying Never never never again.... and other stuff.

I am not sure why though because I find this particular box that we travel in when we go far very comfortable compared to the other one where I can barely get my bum in before the door shuts...

Hmmm,do you guys travel? have you been in a box where you have to stay locked and they give you sedative... I don't like the sound of that one bit!... And since I am not a good swimmer I cannot really travel too far away... I have the feeling that I miss so much stuff because of this...

Oh well, it's good to be home, I didn't like it very much in Maastricht . They have no manners and keep ladies like me at the door!  What a f***ing liberty!....

She doesn't get so annoyed easily but they managed to get her going a couple of times there, I was not around when someone insulted her decisions but I heard it from one particular cat who attended.

Anyway, we are home and all is ok now. Except that something happened to ALL  of my holes in the garden. They're ALL gone!!!! ....WTF?

I so very much hate it when they interfere with my gardening.... it's so annoying as I have done each of them unique and with a purpose and now I can't remember... I feel so sad

And my lovely vintage bones! I bet they stole my bones while I was away.....!  I wish she would tell me in advance and help me sort it out in the future...

Right now I can't really aproach her, she is grumpy and knackered and says we will spend all weekend around the house because she needs to brush up really good on Russian Art for Sunday evening. It is important... I don't like the sound of that. I hate brushing!

I so very very much hate it. And yet she does it and insists it will help me keep cool. I am not convinced....

Mr Peabody, you don't seem to have this problem, how's the weather there? She says it's hot,  I am not convinced she is right....

I can see Buddy's hair is smooth and fine, I know his type I see them jogging in my park all the time.... I feel so hot all the time,I only like to get phisicall in the evening.

What about you Rover, I can't see you and Liv's dog does not speak english yet, perhaps it's a cat pretending to be a dog.... ....eheheehe, or he must be very young and only know the first letter or our alphabet. Woof woof ! ....back to you, anyway...you will learn if you want to survive...

Oh maybe I should try to  snuggle up to her in bed and charm her into giving me a break about the brushing this weekend. I so very much hate it

Yours truly

Say Cheeky,

Do you like alpha mates?  Well, it is not true for me any more, but don't you believe those humans...I like to think I still am! HA! It's what got me closest to extinction when Mom said "you're the best...you're coming home with me."  CLOSE ONE!

I love to run and you and me and Buddy could run all over the place.  When we're done, it's nap time.  I have a few spots to nod out.  I don't share my bed.....mmmmmmmm.  Sorry.  Don't want to lose that privilege.

When we wake up....there's food....really good food.  Did I tell you about the treats for tricks? I get a voice lesson.....I seem to enjoy talking and sounding off.  Want to try it?

I am really, really gentle with puppies and little dogs. Iwill try to fit in my human's lap like I am small.

One more thing....must be part blood hound...tracked down a neighbor's office miles away from home using the scent of her dog. Yep!  I am the best.  Mom was in shock.

Hope to see you soon!

Mr. Peabody

Hey Cheeky Bitch

Nice to meet you here on the meat market....lots to chew on but rather have a good bone.

These humans dont think about the theory of everything or the origins of the multiverses, much less leash theory.

Any time you'd like a sniff just snuggle up and we can bark at the moon ...or traffic
