So I decided a couple of months ago to do a charity run for cancer research uk which will take place on the 17th June in Edinburgh. I've been running for general fitness for about a year now so seemed the perfect way to do something good. Plus after loosing my dad in november to cancer and my gran a few years ago it means even more to me. Cancer effects so many lives and it feels such a waste to loose so many good, healthy people this way.
I've raised quite a bit so far, via friends and family. Since I blog I thought I might just put it out there if you wish to sponcer me. It is a UK based charity but obviously all research will benefit all. So if you are interested let me know via, post, IM, email, profile comment and I will send you a link. All secure, paypal option, can be anonymous. No pressure. Just thought I'd extend my options.

Shall need to get back into my running routine again. Icey weather conditions have hampered my running. Although I can usually get back to my level again after a couple of runs. Roll on the 10ks!

FRANCIE... Those babies look sooooo happy! It's funny B/C it doesn't matter how "wealthy" children are.. They all like to "ham it up" for a photo and all they ever really MUST HAVE is LOVE to get them through the hard times!

I did my run today so much fun and such a great atmosphere. So many people out there running for a cure. So many lives touched by this cruel disease. It rained but nobody cared. I only did 5K this year so next year it will be 10k.
