We all know he did kill her, but the question is: Was it purposeful or by accident? Me, I'm not so sure.

At first I thought he was guilty, although now that I have been following the trial I am not so sure. I think he has some major issues and should not be alowed to have weapons, and should go to prison for being so foolish. I am concerned that his Father didnt concure on the amo in the safe. When your Dad dimes you out something is really wrong. I told my man friend there are some men that want to kill, and they do and they will. So sad for beauitful Reeva.

Once upon a time years ago I gave my ex-wife a black eye.  Mind you, it was completely accidental but, none the less, I gave her a black eye.

It happened like this:  We were sleeping and she had to get up at 4a to go setup for some volunteer project.  She woke me up before she got out of bed, I heard her in the bathroom getting ready and she kissed me goodbye before she left. I heard the garage door open and close.  Next thing I knew someone was shaking me and without thinking I threw a punch. POW! Right in the eye! (I was having a bad dream and no one should have been in the house... scared the crap out of me!)

All I'm saying is that things can happen in a certain sequence and when you're sound asleep and get awakened in a certain way, you can react to false stimuli.

In the military, you're generally not responsible for your actions for the first 30 seconds or so after you are startled awake... one reason why they don't wake you by shaking you but will kick your bed or bang on things nearby.

I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent, all I'm saying is that sometimes things are different than we think.

How can this guy think an intruder went into his bathroom and locked the door?  From what I understand he called to his girlfriend who didn't answer?  He knew what he was doing.  He may very well be remorseful now which would add to his ability to appear a certain way in court.  I don't know everything about the trial but I would say (sadly) that he is guilty.

If the legs don't fit you must acquit.  Could be South Africa's version of OJ.  I haven't been following it in detail but it seems the forensics are confusing.  He's either very despondent or a great actor.  Some believe that a lie, repeated often enough, can seem like the truth.  I doubt it was premeditated.

Yeah to me the story just doesn't sound right. If you think there is an intruder in the house. The first thing you would do is make sure your partner was safe and ok. Then the fact that he fired at someone through a locked door without knowing who was behind there. How would he know it's not his girlfriend?  The story makes little sense which leads me to believe he is guilty.

His version of events make no sense. He wakes up no sign of gf. Screams and shouts for gf to call police as he thinks there is an intruder. Then without knowing where she is fires into the bathroom.

He is either an unbelievable idiot or a calculating murderer. To me he is guilty.

My mum actually feels sorry for him for getting into such a mess. I'm like I don't feel sorry for him as he is not being honest therefore I feel he is not genuinely sorry. The crocodile tears. I wish he would just tell the truth. Maybe he would if the prospect was not a South African prison. A rather frightening place to be.

I really don't know and I don't completely undersand South African legal proceedingss. I think that Pistorious will be convited of manslaugther, but found not guilty of the pre meditated 1st degree murder charges. He will probably do some prison time. A couple of years or less; and some home confinement as a patient. Any of you ladies want to date the gentlmen when and if he gets out???

Sooooooooo...Was she leaving him.......firing in a bathroom....Did he account for the disturbance that led to his cornering of his girlfriend in the bathroom....One always hides keys for foyer entry. What does her BFF's say about the relationship? Media can corner anyone these days!
