*****Moments they come and they go quicker then we can verbalize in an intimate thought. If this is so, why do we dwell on factors in our life if the moment is gone?***** The answer is simple, we as humans need to go back to the past to look for affirmation, to retrieve a comfort zone, to remind us of how we should feel about a certain person or situation and so forth. We use past moments for guidance. This is not always the right choice, however that is another discussion entirely. A lot comes down to what you choose to dwell on...a negative thought or a positive thought. We all have the ability to change what is around us or change our moods based on our thought process. I use moments to change my mood and bring me back to a happier better place. Therefore... I like to dwell on the beautiful moments that cause me to have a random smile and leave me with this warm fuzzy feeling inside. Such as, the moment I held my daughter for the first time and could not believe how much I loved this little, fragile person who I don?t even know. The moment's when I pick up my daughter from school and she runs to me with these open arms, with so much joy and wraps her little arms around me. The beauty of the sunrise, with the smell of mist in the air from a dewy night, the scent the air has before a mid-day rain shower. The moment I realized I was in love and drove for hours just to get home to him and tell him how I felt because the excitement was so overwhelming. (Got a speeding ticket too, LOL) Waking up in the arms of the man I love and feeling this is home. (working on getting that moment again...heehaw! Hopefully not forever) These moments I stay in them for an eternity, let them take me away to this special place in my heart that nobody else owns or can control but me. I refer to these moments of retreat, as drifting. What great places to drift too! Which brings me to in life we need to have goals or dreams to aspire to, but are these aspirations what keep us wanting to live or is it these moments? Is it people we care about and want to be there for or is it because our purpose here is not complete and when it is complete then our soul says, our work is done here and our bodies just simply shut down? Hmmmmm.... Now I need to think about what I just said.... getting sidetracked into my abyss, where only I will understand shortly! As I said, this is my sounding board & way of getting my own thoughts out for my book...while using this site for hopefully the mate who I can call home!

Thanks...I had no idea about the blogs on this site and thought to myself a sounding board is always good, especially in what I am writing about...so every time thoughts arise, I write about them or when ppl ask me questions...write about them...adds the the clairity perhaps! If I get a few opinions to stop and re-evaluate all the better! When its done sure, proof readers are a great source always...good day to you!
