Great topic. When I was younger, I made a list of every single fear I could think of. I had over 230 of them. So I proceeded to systematically rid myself of them using a pragmatic spiritual approach. It worked. I now have no fears and have to introduce caution once in a while to keep myself safe. There is a saying; "Fear knocked at the door, faith answered, there was no one there." Babies that are born have only two fears. Fear of loud noises and fear of being dropped both of which they proceed to outgrow. So this tells me that all fears are learned (and therefore un natural) and all fears can be unlearned. There is no such thing as a "healthy" fear.¿ ¿ BP

They say life is what happens while we are busy making plans. They also say that only 1 tenth of 1 percent of the stuff we worry about actually happens.
And with that scientific fact, it makes you wonder.....
What's up with all those visualization exercises if only 1 tenth of 1 percent of the stuff we visualize actually happens???? lol
Bits of peace and wisdom Taylor
