Great pictures ladies. I think I've looked like that after closing the bar. Makes mine look like they were taken with an old Kodak Instamatic. An upgrade is in order [one of these days]. Hope to see more.

Am I allowed to break my own rules? I think so :)  Anyway,..I don't know about you but when I look at the latest glacier photo ( you have to look past a few posts), it just seems to be missing Bumble-the abominable snowman and Yukon Cornelius.

Aurora Borealis in Finland.

This one happened a few months ago, looks like the hemline of a fluffy wedding dress.

The most beautiful sunrise I've ever seen was on the island of Maui way up at the top of a dormant volcano named Haleakala. Photos don't do it justice, it is spectacular!  Not only do you get to experience one of the most spectacular sunrises but wait a littlle while and if you're lucky you'll get to see inside of part of the volcano.  It looks like the surface of the moon and I was told that astronauts had practiced there.  I hope to see the sunrise there again, it was one of the best experiences of my life :)

Many visitors and locals wake up early to drive up to the Haleakala Visitor Center (9,740 feet), the best spot to watch the sunrise. On a clear morning, seeing the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala is an unforgettable experience. Even those who’ve witnessed the event many times say they’ve never seen the same sunrise twice. Perhaps just as spectacular are Haleakala's sunsets and the bright, starry skies revealed at night.

Thanks Maria, Livnlove and Diana :)

Diana, the Milky Way photo must have been breathtaking to see in person. The Body Art reminded me of the Shadow Performers but that would take a video to appreciate what they do, very unique photo though, thanks for posting!
